The service and tenderloin was very good
Stopped by this in my travels after a sudden bout of hunger. Seems to be the only restaurant in this village. Absolute top-notch customer service. Delicious smoky brisket. The Cole slaw was tangy. The tea wasn't too sweet.
@ the people complaining about the food being prepped clearly don't understand how time consuming it is to cook a meal on the spot for a family much less a whole menu for a whole village with only two workers on deck. I loved it. Doubt I'll ever come across...read full review

The restaurant in Mendon is a small town place with top‑notch customer service. The food is delicious smoky brisket, a brisket sandwich, ribs, chicken and a BBQ bacon cheeseburger that people say is amazing everytime they order it and eveytime they take a bite. The Cole slaw is tangy and the creamy cucumber salad reminds of a grandmother's taste. The French fries and fries were a miss and the bun for the sandwich could've been better, but the pizza is pretty good and the corn bread is a favorite. The tea was not too sweet and the spicy barbecue sauce is very good even without the bread. The owner stopped by the table and the waitress was patient and friendly. The place is beautifully decorated, the inside can be very hot on a very hot day but the service is patient. People can take a detour off the beaten path, relax and enjoy freshly made food and leave wanting to come back.
