Great food. A little noisy because it has always been busy when we have been there.

The sushi and food experience is absolutely delicious; however, the lack of acoustics in the space along with bright lighting made the dining experience unpleasant. It is a space small so it was extremely loud inside. If we decide to revisit, it would be for carry out and not dine in.

1st time here . My God child talked me into trying it because its her fave restaurant.
The food is terrific.
Best spicy tuna roll . Definitely my new fave anywhere.
Also the shrimp tempura is delicious.
My guest had the spider roll and dumplings and said it was delicious.
After we finished we ordered 2 spring rolls. Then our server just disappeared. Our water glasses were empty and we kept looking for her.
2 spring rolls took about 15 min. Of waiting when I finally flagged down a random person and asked to just cancel them. Our server ran out and we got them within a couple min. Yes they were excellent. I do feel our server had a language barrier.
But I definitely recommend this place .
I will try it again and hopefully have a better experience and up the review.

Ninja sushi is the best place to go for an elegant experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and all around friendly. The food is phenomenal. When we have friends visit from out of town, this is the go-to place to take them.

There is clearly a side of the restaurant where the guests are cared about, and clearly a side where they are not. There are so many waiters, you'd think the serviced would be better. We ordered appetizers with our dinks. Drinks came right out. We sat for 40 minutes without food or even a waiter making eye contact. Could not flag someone down. Our entrees showed up first. Thee waitress said they were having problems with our appetizers and they would be out soon. They did not explain what was on our plates, just walked away. Everything we ordered eventually came. We ran out of drinks half way through. No one ever offered us another. We finished. I paid at the front desk. The waitress never came back. She only had four tables. We spent $130 per person, left hungry ans thirsty. I'll give it one more try, but I am not sitting on the right side.

We went with a group of 8 and they gave us a table that comfortably holds 6. Two people were crammed at the end where there were servers going past constantly. I got sushi which was fresh and great but if you order any hibachi style food be prepared for it to be under seasoned and over cooked. 3 people got chicken fried rice and the chicken was hard chucks without any spices or flavor and the rice was white instead of brown.

The food is amazing here, if expensive. If you're looking to splurge, this place won't let you down! However, the 2 of us were here about 2 hours. Sushi took forever! This is not the place for a quick meal

Stopped in tonight for dinner with my family. What a fantastic place! Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. We will be back for sure. Best hibachi in northeast Ohio!

Very fresh sashimi and good service. The only downside is it is too crowded with the tables layout. Otherwise it is a nice place to check out and will come back.

This is hands down the best sushi I've had outside of Japan. A hidden gem!!
