My sister, niece and I went to the Mentor Applebee's and had a wonderful experience. Brittany, our server was great. She was very pleasant and we enoyed the interaction with her. Our food was hot when they brought it out and it came out quick. The managers checked on us a few times. The service at this location was superior compared to one of the other locations.

Jason was our server and he is an amazing person. As he was very patient, helpful, and even recommended some dishes to us.
We will absolutely be returning due to the cleanliness, friendliness, and all around great vibe that was with us, as the food was cooked to perfection and flavorful too.

I want to like this place because my partner likes it so well. There are interesting beverages items on the menu. I have a hard time getting past the drain stench that surrounds the bar area. I've been there 5 times in 6 months and it hasn't changed yet. Basically everything is fried. I won't go back.
