Ordered 3 vourse meal deal for $15. Waited an absurd amount of time and witnessed multiple people come in with comllaints of overcharging. I finally got my food and when i got home saw my cherry turnovers werent in the bag. Pathetic.

Went to this very super-wonderful restaurant via the drive-thru. When asked about our meal and drink, the server was loving, caring and professional to us. Server was also kind, too. Staff wasted absolutely no time at all preparing our food and drink. Staff is very professional in preparing our food and providing such very beautiful service. And the food was delivered to our car immediately. This is yet another sign of such beautiful service they provide. Chicken tenders were absolutely fantastic. Fries were awesome. And the chocolate milkshake was absolutely nothing short of superb. I owe the honor and beautiful service of the wonderful meal to this wonderful staff. I give this beautiful, professional place 5 stars forever. This is one place that is kind and cares for its customers.

Its Fourth of July night and we wanted a quick bite so we went through the drive through at the Arbys by the mall. The gentlemen that was taking our order was so incredibley rude. Of course they got our order wrong. So, we went back assuming they would fix it (not a big deal). The guy working said they were "temporarily out of roast beef" ....not sure how that is even possible? Anyway, he was rude and careless. I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this location.

Did drive through so no rating on atmosphere. The food thru takeout was very good, albeit due to a great 50% off deal in the app. But nonetheless the food and service was very good. Had enough food to eat for a few days which was great. Only thing I've noticed is that the Sliders are super small now. They were a great bargain and super delicious when they were introduced a few years ago. Now they are small and not really worth it. The burger I had was actually pretty darn good.
