I had never eaten at Arby's. I was pleasantly surprised by this fast food chain.

I ordered mozzarella sticks, a Dr Pepper and a roast beef sandwich. My mozzarella sticks were half cooked, my drink wasn’t even cold and had no ice. Not to mention the drink didn’t have the syrup taste to it. Not sure if he was the manager but he had his hand wrapped up without a glove handling food. Won’t be going back.

Ordered mozerella sticks, no marinara. Rolled back through drive through, said they don't have any. Why not tell us when ordering. Ordered chocolate shake, got a jamoca, I don't like coffee. Was told couldn't pay with a 50. Last I checked is still legal tender.

I just recently got food from the drive through. Ordered through the app and picked up my food promptly. Everything was so old and gross we had to throw it all out. I ordered a French dip and they just gave me a regular roast beef sandwich and didn't even say anything about it, just were hoping I wouldn't notice I guess? Maybe they needed to get rid of it with the other old food.Super disappointed, threw out over 20 dollars worth of food. Tried contacting Arby's support for a refund 4 separate times now as it's been 4 days and I have heard nothing from them.
