This is one of the best Arby’s I’ve been to in a while. Every time I have gone there my food has always been hot and fresh, and service is good! Thank you! Don’t see that a lot anymore I appreciate it!
No clue how the person cooking could bring themselves to put this burger on the bun! Absolutely cooked to hockey puck status. Pretty sad ! The message is loud and clear, they don't care. Nobody is going to get in the car and return,.. losing one more customer is insignificant. Curly fries were cold.

When they screw up your order, they want a receipt before they fix it. Like most people, I tossed the receipt while waiting for my order. Then when I get home and notice one of my children's food is missing, I get a smug attitude over the phone, and accused of trying scam them for free food. Bad service and then customer service.

My last visit was met with high prices and smaller portions. It seems they have cut back on the serving portion sizing of roast beef in my opinion. Sandwiches feel smaller, was left hungry after ordering #1. Miss the 4 for $5 days but they don't even have a comparable value to this with today's high flying pricing. 2 regular meals ran roughly $25 after tax being left with unsatisfied hunger.
I loved their French Dip and Swiss, it's my favorite and it's highly recommend. Their customer service is amazing and they get the food out quickly to customers. The workers are extremely nice and it's not too expensive there if you're looking for a nice meal for a big group.
