Dingy and older Arby's. Food is greasy and bland. Used to love Arby's but it's quality is going downhill fast the last couple years, while prices keep climbing. I tried a burger and it was bland, dry, and had a strange almost dry sponge consistency.

This Arby's is extremely clean and the service is great.
This is one of the best Arby’s I’ve been to in a while. Every time I have gone there my food has always been hot and fresh, and service is good! Thank you! Don’t see that a lot anymore I appreciate it!
No clue how the person cooking could bring themselves to put this burger on the bun! Absolutely cooked to hockey puck status. Pretty sad ! The message is loud and clear, they don't care. Nobody is going to get in the car and return,.. losing one more customer is insignificant. Curly fries were cold.

When they screw up your order, they want a receipt before they fix it. Like most people, I tossed the receipt while waiting for my order. Then when I get home and notice one of my children's food is missing, I get a smug attitude over the phone, and accused of trying scam them for free food. Bad service and then customer service.
