Today is the first time I had delivery and was impressed. Food arrived 2 minutes from the estimated time. I ordered the brisket for the first time and was outstanding.
Had the usual. But container of curly fries was the bottom of the bin. Burned to a crisp little pieces. Need to clean out the dryer bin more often.

Got a fish sandwich and it was cold ...as if they just grabbed it out of Lake Erie and slap it on a bun and charged me way too much for the lack of quality

Meat was so shredded, it was like it was barfed up after being eaten. Cheese cups are only half full but they charge $1 for them?! Placed an online order and the restaurant couldn't even see it until after the time the app gave to pick it up. Fries were cold and not even close to fresh. Whole thing was a disaster. Filled out the survey and was contacted and mailed 2 free sandwiches. While I don't think this fixes the whole ordeal, I'll give it another shot if I can convince my husband who was even more disappointed as this wasn't the first bad experience.

I love me some Arbys!!! Anytime I go there I absolutely love their food. Their service is usually spot on as well. One of my favorite things to do there is ring the bell before we leave if our service was good!! Here's a tip....sign up for their app and there is always offers and rewards that they give you. Usually some really good percentage off of your bill on the weekends if you use their app!! You should try their Arby's sauce as well. Great stuff!!

I went through the drive through an hr ago and ordered a small drink and 2 ranch chicken wraps. The chicken was fried very hard capable of breaking my teeth. Tried the other one same experience. One bite each . Threw them out, ate the cookie and doubt I will return.
