Yo. I was robbed!! Ordered through door dash and didn’t get the two drinks. How is this ok?? I ordered delivery for a reason, otherwise I would drive up there and get my drinks. Also, my reuben had no 1000 island. Lazy workers that don’t care.

Food and atmosphere is pretty much very good and as you'd expect. Waited at the drive thru order area just now for roughly 6 minutes. Several times asking for service, with nothing. Finally at 11:01 got someone on the speaker who said they were closed. Politely said ok and pulled away. Lasting impression though, will not return and I love 2 minutes away. I understand not wanting to serve someone who pulls up so late, but don't make me wait there like a fool. If you close at 10:55, close at 10:55 or at least own up to the fact you just don't want to work to close.

I frequent this place often. Definitely one of the nicer Arby's. Everyone is very friendly, food comes out relatively quick, food is always prepared properly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you ever place an order through any of the delivery services and your food gets bumped due to no drivers CANCEL IT! This company will cook your food when the order comes in and they don't care how long your driver takes they won't remake it. Best of all they won't answer the phone to hear you put in a complaint either. We ordered dinner at 4:45 and it was supposed to be here by 5:20-5:30. I then get a text saying 5:45-6:00. Well still no driver so I got a text saying 6:08-6:18. Now most restaurants won't start cooking til a driver claims the order which was not until 6:10. Now with them ALWAYS have the inside locked still I figured the food wouldn't be cooked til the driver came so decided not to call being I don't know any restaurant wanting to serve nasty food. I guess Arby's wants to because their workers didn't want to just take the food from our order and give it out while it was still fresh to another customer being that would be too much work to do that or even remake it so when the driver showed up their response was "oh we will remake the shakes that were now just milk." The driver apologized up and down that our food was sitting there for over an hour. She was like "I'm so sorry they left it sitting there that long. When I seen that I was horrified." She even messaged about 10 mins after apologizing again and I explained it wasn't her fault but yes nothing was even Luke warm and everything was ice cold. If I wanted to reheat food I'd have saved the $70 and made leftovers. Our food went in the trash being I don't eat reheated French fries and my didn't want any of it. If your workers don't want to do their job, and the supervisors aren't overseeing them that is a huge problem when you only have drive thru people and already don't need to clean the inside anymore. We were just there about a month ago when we couldn't get inside and using covid is not an excuse anymore when the employees go to school, the grocery store, get gas, interact with other people all day and yet at work we are still locking it down? Come on now. This was the worst experience and I will be calling corporate being no reason they left our food for well over an hour being that order was made the minute that ticket came in at 4:45 and we got it at 6:30. Horrible service. Those workers would probably be the first to complain if another restaurant did that to them. I don't care if they had 1 employee or 20 that is not the customers fault and I'm tired of companies blaming a 100 other things and not taking accountability for their employees actions. We just get "sorry" like that means anything when they know what they did is wrong. Update as of Nov 2 between contacting Arby's directly, this review, AND calling corporate and essentially getting the blow off that they would pass my concern on again about being sold food that sat for over 2 hrs I guess this stores location just doesn't care about their customers as I've never received any phone call, any email, any sort of apology whatsoever. I will say I'd be embarrassed if any of my customers contacted me and I just completely ignored them.

Waited 15 minutes for a dine in order for just myself. Fries were cold and sweet iced tea was unsweetened. Think they were overwhelmed with filling online food delivery service orders.

I called ahead of time 10 mins prior to getting there to make sure they still had burgers. I spoke to Emily (blue hair). They said they did. Then when I went they were out. I will definitely not go back to this location. Update, My family, and friends will not go to this location either. I do not recommend this

Location on Mentor Ave across from Target. Food was gross, tasted old, and bread was stale. I didn't even attempt to eat my meal. The cashier was the manager and was very rude. I was pulled forward to wait for 10 mins and still received old food. They had an attitude that I was ordering 15 mins prior to closing. They refused to make chicken nuggets. Overal, poor experience. Waste of $24. Recieved food so gross it was inedible.
