I love your pizza but I can’t order it because you do not answer the phone!

Placed order for a specific time, as we had to be somewhere. Received call when food was already 20 min late that they were running 15 min behind, food didn't arrive for another 20 min and was not very warm. Food tasted good, but not sure if we will be ordering again anytime soon.

Mediocre all around. Boneless wings and green beans were extremely soft, definitely baked and not fried. Other menu items state they are fried, so I was hopeful. Buffalo chicken pizza tasted horrible, chicken tastes very old and threw off the entire meal. Threw the pizza out without finishing a single slice. Will not return - too many good local pizza shops around.

What the heck did you do to your pizza. Used to be really good.Got a half sheet pizza last week and it was covered in parmesan cheese. So much that it stuck to the roof of my mouth. My wife threw half of hers in the trash. Oh well someone ruined a good thing.

Wings were barely cooked, soggy, not crispy. Calzone was extremely burnt on the outside and not done on the inside.

Was looking forward to eating dinner all day. I went to pick up dinner and the old lady working there was so rude that I no longer had an appetite! This was Friday night. The first thing she said was “what’s the name!” With such an attitude. Then the bottom of my pizza box was so soggy I thought the pizza was going to fall through. I will never be back at bada boom. With the way the economy is right now one would think employees would be happy to have customers order their food and give them business. Not anymore!

Terrible tasting pizza and the breaded mushrooms were black burnt. I don't recommend this place whatsoever!

When they first opened, they were the best pizza on the Eastside! Unfortunately, it is not the same. The sauce that used to be the best part has changed. It used to have a sweet garlicy taste, now it tastes like something out of can. The Crust used to be nice and thick (how we like it) and now at least on the 1/2 sheets it's thin and very plain. Cheese used to be a high-quality now that also appears to have changed. Hope they go back to the original crust, chesses & sauce. ???

We have ordered this pizza twice now and both times the pizza has been loaded with cheese and toppings and was delicious. The “salad for two” is also great! It is actually enough for 3!

One star for the pizza tasting good. This was my husband's and I first time ordering and I'm very disappointed. To start the lady at the front counter wasn't very friendly when I came in to get my pizza. Secondly my pizza was so small for the price of $25. It appeared to be a small or medium and yet I ordered a large. I go home and get the pizza out of the car and felt something wet all over my hand. I looked to see what it was and noticed that the one side of the box had grease all over it which covered my hand. Thankfully, I put the pizza in a bag and not directly on my car seat or else it would have been stained in grease. Thirdly, I get inside and open the box to find that our pizza is missing a topping that I paid almost $2 for. So I called to inform them. The lady, who I'm assuming is the same one who gave me the pizza answered the phone. I explained to her the situation and she never apologized once for the inconvenience. I understand it's only $2 for an additional topping but I paid $25 for what appears to look like a small or medium. I won't be coming back!
