I ordered a hummus beet bowl, added chicken and avocado. I cannot express enough how much it bothers me when I PAY EXTRA for something, like avocado, and it comes rotten. After I got rid of the gross, spoiled avocado, the bowl was very good and I’ll order it again, but can employers teach their employees that adding old, spoiled, rotten items to a customer’s food is unacceptable? Thank you!

Placed online order for timed pickup. Arrived to find no orders on pick up rack and the place was EMPTY- no customers or employees behind counter. An employee finally came out to ask what I wanted. I said I had placed an online order 15 minutes ago. She apologized and made my order. I didn't take a sip until in the car and on the road- only to discover my order wasn't done properly (had asked for add ins of blueberries and almond milk). So I paid for the add ins but never got them! Overall negative experience.

I have been to this place twice now, and walked out the second time. When I walked in, and the lady said, I’ll be right with you, and I am standing at the counter. Two young women walked in with dogs and cut right in front of me in line and the lady starts serving them. I said hello. Hello, you are cutting in front of us. The lady that works there was glasses and a short both times I’ve been in there totally ignored me when I was sitting there saying hello. The first time I take three things on the menu and they were all out of ingredients and I could order the drinks I wanted. I will never do business again with this place. The lady that works there is completely rude, and should be fired.

Today I walked in with my family member to get a smoothie and she said hello. I’ll be with you in a minute. I said hello went to the counter and I’m waiting to order. Two younger females walk in behind us with dogs and when the customer in front of us left, the two females cut right in front of us and the staff member starts taking their order. I say hello and the staff member completely ignores me. I put my hands in the air and I say hello and she doesn’t even look up and completely ignores me and continues to take their order. I said I was next and you guys cut in front of me and the staff member just looks at me and continues to take their order. I will never go to this place again, and I was extremely pissed. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff members should be fired. The first encounter I had I walked in and try to order three different drinks, and they were out of ingredients on all three drinks and the female staff member was not helpful in telling me what they did have, and just had a very rude personality. Never again.!
