Such a great concept! You can build your own dish just how you prefer it by starting with a base of lettuce, rice or noodles. Then add your protein, vegetables and other delicious toppers. Want more protein, no problem, add an extra of your choice. You also get to select what type of sauce you want. Everything is always fresh and they offer different sizes depending on your appetite. Staff is friendly and helpful, but if you prefer, you can build your order online and it's always been as I requested. Love this healthy place!

Just moved to the area and tried this place for the first time...ordered the steak...there was not enough left in the pan after my son got his portion to fill my order so employee scraped the pan and gave me about 70 percent of what my son got...I didn't say anything but then the employee to the next customer who ordered steak she would get her a fresh batch....she wasn't kidding...our steak was old and dried out and nasty...we ate a little then just threw 23 bucks in the garbage and made food at home...nasty not fresh products. This place is overpriced and the food sucks don't go here..we won't be back...this dried out meat cost your store hundreds of dollars in future sales

We eat here fairly often for both dine-in and pick up. I first found bibibop while on a work trip in Columbus and was ecstatic when they opened in Mentor right down the road! Fresh and nutritious. The staff is friendly here- especially the evening manager that is often working when we go. Sure the location isn’t always the most fun to get in and out of but it’s worth it ?

Everything is always delicious and the people working are always super friendly, absolutely love it!I have celiac disease and this is the ONLY dedicated gluten free restaurant in Lake County (besides a couple awesome bakeries). I eat here regularly and I've never had a reaction, it's safe!

I love bibibop but eat vegan. This location is ok. Out of or behind on items sometimes. But it's still bibibop and really good. My wife, who gets meat and eggs in her bowl loves it
I usually LOVE BIBIBOP... but we went here for dinner tonight and I was kind of disappointed. The rice was super dried out, the toppings didn't seem as fresh as usual and the spicy chicken was different than what I've had in the past. The one guy at that counter was friendly but the girl who rang us out would not smile AT ALL, I don't even think she even looked at us. Felt very unwelcoming. I even tried to joke with her and zero expression. Bibibop has a great product, but atmosphere has a lot to do with a rating and this place seemed pretty unwelcoming sadly.

I was going once a week this entire year.However, my last visit, I got food poisoning.It was obviously an unpleasant experience, along with the disappointment that they allows some type of contamination on their end.I’ll miss this place, can’t chance it, will never eat here againJust beware. if it happened once it can happen again.
