I went in to get a quick breakfast before work @9. Got to the restaurant @8am. Waitress took my order @8:10am. Asked her to put my food in a Togo box @8:35am. Got to work @8:50, my omlet looked like an egg burrito bc the egg was spongy and over cooked. Veggies all fell out of burrito. Yuck.

Terrible service, brought biscuits instead of toast, did not come back to check on our food or refill coffee. We had to get the waitresses attention. When she did bring coffee and toast, she dropped the toast on the floor. Did finally get toast to our table, but never once apologized. We will never return again.

First on a Saturday morning at 10:30am it took standing greater than 30min in the lobby before I got seated. By the time I arrived to a table they were starting the lunch crowd. I wasnt the only one because I was told I had 4 tables before me and the lobby was full.. The food was tasteless my biscuits were cold and rock hard. The gravy was brownish grey floating in grease in a bowl. My server came to my table once when the food actually arrived after that I never saw her again. Not pleased with this picticular branch and wont return.

Worst Bob Evans I've ever been to food cold and burnt at the same time will be a long time before I try going to Bob Evans again. Son took me as an earlier Mother's Day date, only ate the food because it was a gift
Mother’s Day breakfast was sent to me from my daughter in Florida, very nice thought since could not be here. The pancakes with strawberries were not done, the potatoes were hard, bacon was not crispy, the eggs were not good and everything was cold. Only I enjoyed were the biscuits and gravy. I love bobs Evan’s. Very disappointed.

Disaster avoid at all cost! Workers are rude and ignore customers. Carry out people won’t walk over to see who is there. 5 people standing behind standing behind counter looking and doing absolutely nothing hoping people just get tired of standing around waiting and leave.
