Decided to give it another try in another state and still not bad, but not good. Went for breakfast, and it took a while to get our food. When it came out, it was luke warm. And the gravy was not appealing to look at. Biscuits and gravy are usually with the white gravy, but what I got was a brown gravy. I think we will stick with another chain, just our opinion.

We went there at 630 and when we first walked in the staff stood there talking and looked at us like we were a bother. Then we get sat down after 5 mins only2 table we taken. The waitress said she would be with us in a few mins. After 10 mins she said sorry it will be a few mins more. Once she finally got to the table she took drink order and food she bright the food and we still waited 15 mins for water she brought not drinks even saying when we asked for them for the 4th time she said and I quote I am so bad sorry that is last time we will go there because the food was cold and no bread or rolls.Its crazy it took that long for a drink and her to acknowledge us multi times.

We order takeout regularly from here and although the food is consistently good, the order is typically incorrect in some manner. The staff are friendly and helpful, and prices are comparable to similar family style restaurants. Menu has a variety of selections to meet most people's tastes.

Our server was great, funny, trying to handle like 8-9 tablets by herself! Good job!! The food was horrible, nothing like displayed or description... McDonald's would have been a better choice. Just no flavor, right off the Cysco truck.

The food was ok. They were seriously understaffed and only had one person serving all tables. Supposedly she was the manager but had a horrible attitude. I get that she was frustrated but you shouldn't wait an hour to eat at Bob Evans.

Well it's Bob Evans so it is what it is so to speak. I had a classic breakfast, 2 eggs. Hash browns, bread and meat. My scrambled eggs were overcooked and slightly browned too much . I forgot to say sausage patties, but wasn't asked, and ended up with links instead. Coffee extra. Not my favorite place but wont rule out returning just not on a regular basis. Server was nice had the place to herself it seemed little help.
Went for lunch. Our waitress was okay. I ask for the Fork Tender Pot Roast. It was as advertised and delicious! I received a side of 2 slices of Banana Nut Bread and a coffee. Excellent place to get a filling meal in Mentor! On Reynolds Road (Route 306)just South of Route 2. YUM!?

This location should have been the model for the Memphis store.

This is the SLOWEST possible restaurant. Waited for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the host stand (the place was empty and only few tables were seated) another 10 minutes just to place an order and chicken finger took over to 30 min.
