Ordered online, went in later than time said to be ready and stood at the carry out counter for 5 minutes before anyone came over to greet me. Waited another 5 min for food. I ordered some sandwiches and soup which were all cold! Very disappointed.

From South Carolina now, when we come home we always stop for some good Ole Bob Evans. The meal did not disappoint, the service was okay. She was okay just missing some personal touches that a server should offer.

Does Bob Evans not own this place any more? Why did the rolls change??????? The turkey is also like deli slices now????? What? What is happening to this place? Why is everything turning to crap?
I went in to get a quick breakfast before work @9. Got to the restaurant @8am. Waitress took my order @8:10am. Asked her to put my food in a Togo box @8:35am. Got to work @8:50, my omlet looked like an egg burrito bc the egg was spongy and over cooked. Veggies all fell out of burrito. Yuck.

Terrible service, brought biscuits instead of toast, did not come back to check on our food or refill coffee. We had to get the waitresses attention. When she did bring coffee and toast, she dropped the toast on the floor. Did finally get toast to our table, but never once apologized. We will never return again.

First on a Saturday morning at 10:30am it took standing greater than 30min in the lobby before I got seated. By the time I arrived to a table they were starting the lunch crowd. I wasnt the only one because I was told I had 4 tables before me and the lobby was full.. The food was tasteless my biscuits were cold and rock hard. The gravy was brownish grey floating in grease in a bowl. My server came to my table once when the food actually arrived after that I never saw her again. Not pleased with this picticular branch and wont return.
