I order my sandwich on the app and the order is wrong every time. This time, the cheese and egg looks disgusting and green. Not sure what the issue is but I do not suggest!

I usually just do online orders so I can get a free coffee which is awesome! Their Turkey Chipotle sandwich is so fresh and amazing. Every time I go I'm there they always greet me and tell me to have a nice day :)

I think it's really lame that you can't use the brueggers bagels gift card to pre order your food. I called and they said they're not allowed to take sandwich orders over the phone! Why even get a gift card?

Every time I’ve gotten a Carmel Cold Brew from different Brueggers locations they are delicious. However, every time I’ve gotten one at this location , it has let me down. This was until Tuesday, May 20th when DEBBIE made it for me. This was the best coffee ever , Debbie pls teach ur coworkers how you make the Carmel cold brew and thank u for enriching my Brueggers bagel experience.

Mother’s Day and Sunday hours say open until 2:00. The staff had all the dining chairs stacked on the tables, they were mopping the floors at 1:06. We asked if we could sit to eat and they said “dining room is closed.” No outdoor seating available either. So apparently an hour before close don’t plan on sitting to enjoy your purchased meal. We decided to leave out of disappointment and frustration although the staff seemed pleased with our choice and gave us a snarky cheerful “have a good day!” Thanks a lot, happy Mother’s Day to me I guess. Terrible customer service

an employee there, who always wear a hood & cap behind the food preparation line while preparing-needs to be reminded of basic cleanliness! When you go to the register to ring out another customer, kindly remove your gloves you just used to count change back & put on a new set! It's not a HARD task, I do it everyday myself!

This is disgusting. Yes. I know hard boiled eggs turn green when over cooked. This is something else. Why the f is my egg GREEN. This is FOUL.
So I tried it again. I ordered the new double stack. A hashbrown bagel with egg, cheese, bacon and Chipotle mayo. They put it on a freaking cinnamon maple bagel. Chipotle mayo with cinnamon sugar. It was absolutely disgusting. That was it for me. I will never return to this trash place.

I apologize for the long review but way overdue for the Mentor location. On line ordering of the Bakers dozen needs an option for bagel selection. 1st visit a couple mos ago - not knowing bagels are selected for you, and I only wanted “everything” bagels, when I picked up bagels, Jes was very upset, tossed the bag, and angrily filled my order. The 2nd time I ordered in store and the dozen bagels started getting filled automatically before I could get to window / counter to specify bagel selection - and the older lady long blondish hair snapped at me that I should have waited by the window to let her know?? Really ? there were others ahead of me - like I know their process? Today I ordered on line and immediately called as well to advise specific bagels as the last 2 experiences were met with criticism. It wasn’t even 30 seconds and person answered indicated my order was already filled??? I doubt that!!! Bruegger's seriously needs to do better and make online ordering allow for customer selection when ordering bulk bagels. Not everyone wants what the rude employees want. People have varying reasons for what they choose to buy.

When I got there, cashier advised she would fill my order but I needed to step aside as she waited on others (apparently the workers that fill orders were upset and wouldn’t help). I asked for a mgr and was told Matt wasn’t there and was asked why did I need a mgr? I explained the consistency of the rude behavior of Jes and the older lady w/ long hair. I mean really Jes, are you that angry over bagels? It was not busy at all, else I’d possibly see their viewpoint but not to the extent of Jes’s level of anger.. wow. Customer service at this location is nonexistent. Beware.
