It has now been multiple times have had poor experience at this location. After moving from an area with 3 Buffalo Wild Wings and being a frequent customer it’s super disappointing at the Mentor location. We gave it a chance hoping it was a once off bad time but it’s now been 3 visits and 2 take out orders. This time took over an hour for just an order of boneless wings.
Won’t be a returning customer or recommending this location.

It is a perfect place to watch any sporting event and grab a bite to eat. There are plenty of options for any dietary need and tons of drink options for those who like a good beer or just a nice non alcoholic beverage. The service is always friendly and prompt. They're good at serving largee groups as well. Nothing fancy but consistently good. Not to mention, they do have really good wings!!

BW3 used to be good but after the last 3-4 attempts being horrible, I’m fully convinced it’s trash. Dry, overcooked wings, no sauce, week old carrot/celery, missing items on order, incompetent staff. I’m over it.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, I really do. However, how hard is to BURN somebody’s food?? I asked for BURNT wings. Not extra crispy, BURNT. I used to get them burnt all the time when I ordered from them and never had a problem. What really made me upset though and I don’t want embarrass the waitress so I won’t use her name but I sent the wings back twice and felt attitude, as if it’s my fault that they can’t mess up an order. Not one time did she apologize or anything. As if it was my fault. I’m literally paying you to destroy my food. Trust me, I know it’s annoying. It’s annoying for me to keep sending them back. The 3rd time she told me she was going to bring them out before they sauce them so I can check them and they didn’t. They still didn’t do it right. I just lied and said they were beautiful cause I didn’t wanna wait anymore. I got to watch all my friends eat and still had to sit when everyone was leaving and the bills were paid. I thought about telling them never mind and take them off the bill but I didn’t want attitude. Thank god I have an air fryer. Food is way too expensive any more to not get what I pay for. I fixed the problem myself in 7 minutes but now I don’t have sauce. Seriously disappointed. Maybe I’ll try again but it won’t be any time soon.

Wings bland small portion for price ordered 10 wings honey barbecue and maple chipotle no flavor who is the cook need a new chef in the kitchen to bring flavors back to life wings under cooked no options on line how you want wings done ill pass on next order🤢didn't even finish eating so called delicious meal😬

Couldn't believe how tiny the wings were. If you are going to sell them by count, at least Make them a decent size. You should do i by pound. Smallest wings I've ever seen.

Never had someone so rude, inconsiderate, and overall lack of skills in my life. Large group comes in but instead of sitting us you'll completely deny us. We knew it'll be longer with a large group but you don't let us come in?? Your assistant manager rude like we're coming to ruin her day.

Terrible manager. All the females have attitudes per usual. Anytime they mess an order up no-one takes accountability for it. Customers fault 100% of the time. Ryan the manager is a goofball and is about as pleasant to talk to as a piece of card board.
