Ordered through Uber Eats and not a single sauce or side of celery was in by order. Sauces for tots, missing. 2 blue cheese sauces and 2 orders of celery, missing. Absolutely horrible. Have had mediocre experiences in the past. This just proves that I won’t be going back.

Absolutely a terrible experience, we sat waiting to be seated in a resturaunt that really wasn’t that busy at all for over 20 mins while workers stared at us and didn’t say a word to us or even acknowledged us. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Would have loved to rate the food but didn’t eat here. Wanted to get some wings and a beer and watch the baseball game with my daughter. Waited to be seated and was totally ignored for 15 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment as we sat at the front bench next inline. This restaurant needs to realize they are not the only ones in town as we left and found another place to eat.

Ordered take out....3 salads, lettuce was brown and salad orders were incorrect, minimal dressing. Missing ordered dessert. Chicken was tasty, but rest of salads were awful. Sorry.

We bought 50 wings to go. The wings that were supposed to be garlic Parmesan didn’t have any sauce. The other 35 were teriyaki, honey garlic and honey bbq. The teriyaki were the only edible wings. Will not go to this BW3 again
Service was slow and it wasn't very busy. Food seemed over priced for what I got. 6 boneless and 6 traditional wings with a smattering of fries for $24, seemed steep.

the past few times i’ve gotten delivery orders here they usually forget more than half of the sauce, sometimes even a large order of fries and veggies etc even when i pay for extra & i decided after 3 times of this happening to write a review so maybe someone can see this and make sure the stuff people pay for is in the bag because it’s been every time now something essential is missing from a simple order , no hate just don’t want to keep calling up there for refunds 😭

This is the fifth or sixth time in a ROW, where i have missing items in my delivery order. On July 12th I placed an order for delivery through the BWW app for the 20 count boneless wings and large fries. Every single time i have placed this order I am either missing the fries or the ranch. It is infuriating because I am buying it for my girlfriend who is another state and I’m just trying to make sure she has a good meal, but without fail somehow someone forgets CRUCIAL parts of the meal. I do not understand how you forget to add something to an order that is PLAINLY AND BLATANTLY listed on the receipt. I don’t know if the Kitchen staff just don’t care about doing their jobs accurately, or if they just pay that little attention to detail. But it’s absolutely ridiculous that this has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It’s a waste of money on my part and my girlfriend is not able to enjoy her full meal because of someone’s incompetence. I gave y’all every benefit of the doubt every time, and get let down every time. Please ensure that orders are being built correctly . I get that it can be busy and hectic, but it’s not that difficult to check someone’s order to verify it is correct before you hand it to the delivery person. It really shouldn’t be this hard.
