I would put 1 star but I don't want another burger king to shut down. If they are going to expect a worker to do three different jobs, they need to pay them the salary for the three extra employees to do them. I had to wait 30 minutes for mozzarella sticks

I moved my stars from 3:00 to 5:00 because the last several months management has taken the bull by the horns and really turned his place around. The people are friendly and the service is relatively quick with the staffing that they have. Keep up the work. Thank you

Please don’t eat here! Place seems disgusting and the workers attitudes are horrible! I pulled up and seen a worker who looks like the cook, wearing his apron and gloves while on a cigarette break. I get to the monitor to order and as I placed my order I could hear the person complaining through the speaker about how they’re tired of people ordering so much food. He must’ve thought that he turned his mic off or simply just didn’t care. I ended up just leaving, I don’t trust the food from this place!!

just got into a argument with a worker because their own kiosk wasn’t working? and little miss Victoria wanted to sit here in front of me and 2 other customers running her mouth saying she doesn’t wanna be dealing with us up at the counter. then continued to sit there and try to justify why she has such a pissy attitude while still giving me an attitude. by the time i got my food there was 3 people waiting online including a lady who got there the same time as me! every single one of those workers were veryyyy rude cook is literally in the back playing very violent, and sexual music!!? this place will just never change! the parking lot was also VERY icy i almost slipped, and watched others almost slip as well!

Nuggets are horrible, been flat and old the last 5 times I’ve eaten here. The cheese on the burger wasn’t melted, the burger itself was charred on the edges as if they’re old or over cooked. Only good thing is the fries. Service is always slow, McDonald’s next door goes through 5 cars per 1 car at BK. One lady with the blonde hair busts her butt there though, not her fault. Everyone has to work together for good service not just the windows.

I asked the lady if they still had the $5 deal she said yes. However I was trying to order to sandwiches she never even offered me the $7 deal. I saw it on the app after I had paid for my food. So I asked could I add it on she told me no to talk to her manager at the next window. I get to the next window I asked her about it she says no and then shut the window in my face. That is rude customer service and why wouldn't you recommend the $7 meal if I was trying to order two sandwiches. Poor poor poor customer service

If you want to wait in a slow drive thru only to get cold onion rings and fish sandwiches you can use as hockey bucks than this is your places. Service Slow and Food Sucks need to close store in my opinion
Ordered a rodeo burger/no bbq sauce, onion rings and fries with side of zesty sauce.
Burger had bbq sauce on it, fries/onion rings undercooked, soggy and cold. Zesty sauce was not included.
Would give the stare ‘0’ stars if it was an option!!!!
Corporate should do a surprise visit/inspection!!!
Threw out whole order, minus the two bites I took. WOULDN’t even think of giving the food to my dog.
Recommendation…. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS BK!!!

This place never has service they tell you to walk in and place order a the kiosk. Then they get you order wrong, lol. last time I went there they said that I could only order one meal and that was all. well I have a big family so one meal would not help my family. Another time, one of the workers we smoking weed out by the front door. I know it's legal in ohio , ut I feel that maybe if they are not high , hey could help take orders. I am ot mad just telling my experience. I now drive over 15 mins to the nearest BK
