This place never has service they tell you to walk in and place order a the kiosk. Then they get you order wrong, lol. last time I went there they said that I could only order one meal and that was all. well I have a big family so one meal would not help my family. Another time, one of the workers we smoking weed out by the front door. I know it's legal in ohio , ut I feel that maybe if they are not high , hey could help take orders. I am ot mad just telling my experience. I now drive over 15 mins to the nearest BK

This place is slow. If you see 1 car at the windows, it'll be a while and you may want to reconsider. On a casual day/hour you might get your order after 20 mins, but expect 30mins or more. Also, I've had mixed orders about 25% of the time I order. Still good food if it's correct and the workers do what they can ( I'm not blaming them ), but I feel like Corporate has forgotten this place exists. You have been warned.

Made the mistake and stopped here tonight, went in and there were people at both kiosks placing orders so i went to the counter and waited, the girl at drive thru finally put down her phone after 5 minutes and asked what i needed, told her i wanted to order, she said i had to use the kiosk, i asked if they were taking orders at the counter and she said only through the kiosk and walked back to her phone, there was no one in the drive thru and the place was empty, must be a franchise store because nobody there cares so we left and did not order, never coming back, maybe they will do us all a favor and close this store too

Literally can’t get a single order right, EVER. No matter how many new managers they get, they just can’t get it right. The bread is stale. The store is dirty, and their customer service is terrible. Save your money, and your stomach. McDonald’s and Taco Bell is just across the street and either one would be a better choice. If I could give zero stars, or negative ones, I would. Seriously. They’re awful. And just keep getting worse.
Burger King really is at the end of its era, they should just bow out gracefully 😂🥴🤷🏻♀️
