I have tried this location several times hoping they would be better and I’m disappointed every time. The service is horrible and the workers are extremely rude. Every time I order they always with out fail forget something or the quality is extremely poor.

This Burger King is the most highway-accessible in the area, and is the best quick stop for food ±20 miles up/down the highway until you get downtown.edit: My review respects that like NORMAL customers I eat my fast food when ordered live. Some reviewers report they order ahead online and then save it for after the drive home expecting it to still be in prime condition -- that's not how you do fast food. /end edit.The buns aren't smashed down and the toppings are *distributed* (no pile of pickles or oversized onion rings: they're spread out! like you'd EXPECT them to be!)Best $2 junior cheeseburger anywhere!! BK uses the larger 2oz jr burger patty for all of their small sandwiches! It actually covers the bun: no other chain matches: Period!Yes: you might need to wait a minute during rush hour; but they always get my special order right. The drive thru cashier doesn't waste time trying to "upsell" promotions, which I like because if you don't know what you're ordering from a drive thru why are you there in the first place, right??And unlike the BP gas station next door to the drive through, the food from this restaurant isn't greasy. Even the onion rings turn up well cooked! It really is my best suggestion for quick travel food for 20 miles up and down the highway.

Kiosk only ordering, then we got to listen to the staff engage in a conversation about how bad the job sucks. Only to be told that they were out of large drink cups and the only alternative was a medium sized

Hahahahaha I'm writing this as I wait for my mobile order. Been here 20 minutes now. The one girl is literally running around the parking lot with bags of food calling names. ? I only come here because it's literally a minute up the road from my place... but omg this place is absolutely horrible. The food is good. But the service is so so bad hahahaha it's worth the entertainment though.

This employee just robbed me. took my tap to pay card. gave me attitude, then told me she was canceling my order and did not refund me. refused to give me my food. I am extremely upset and will never go to this bk ever again and would love to at least get my money back! THEIVES!

Very disappointed with this being one of the last burger kings around and the food was such a disappointment. The food has sauce on it when it wasn't supposed too and the bottom bun was soggy like it was sitting in water. I'm not asking for it to be close since it's one of the last around here but please help this store out! It's in dire need.
I really don’t understand how this place is still open. I really do enjoy Burger King food but I feel over the past few years they have gone downhill with watching their stores and the quality. I truly don’t know why I do it to myself but I continue to try them again and again in hopes one day I would receive good food. We get these coupons that make it worth going since prices are so ridiculous on fast food now. I just went to get lunch there ordered two chicken sandwiches and an onion ring. Get back unwrap the sandwich to find the bottom bun is absolutely soaked like it was sitting in water and the onion rings have definitely been cooked for a while and are cold and hard. I’m not one to usually care if I have one bad experience at a fast place I honestly don’t expect much when I go but I truly don’t understand how this store specifically is still open. I can’t tell you anyone that I have ever talked to has said anything could about this store. Please do mentor a favor and close it.

The rudeness, slow service, and the SWEARING are all accurate. I should not be able to hear you swearing and complaining about having to make an item you don’t want to make. The Willoughby and Eastlake locations are far better

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. If you are lucky enough to get food it’s not fresh ever unless you go for breakfast early when they 1st open. The service is bad, whoever the manager is she’s always grumpy with a attitude. You can never get food from the drive thru. If you go in to use the kiosk because your that hungry for BK be prepared to be greeted by staff that could careless about you being there. Very young group with horrible attitudes. I can see this location shutting down soon just like the Painesville branch. It’s unfortunate because Burger Kings food is bomb & affordable. But this location…… sucks honestly!!! I would not recommend stopping by.
