Everyone loved my 21st Birthday cake. Not only was it stunning it was delicious. The carrot cake was so moist and flavorful! Everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend her.

Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She met with us prior to our event, spent time baking us gluten free items for us to taste, and then on large scale made the BEST gluten free cupcakes we have ever had! Our guests couldn't even tell they were gluten free! She was timely, kind, accommodating, and ultimately, the cupcakes were amazing!!
