I've had pizza, sub sandwiches, the parms, the wings at both Willowick and Mentor - Fantastic!! I have no idea when and why complaints are on this page! Great food, great staff!

Good is really good, but get it to go. Service is awful since no adults there to run it. Roof leaks , lite bulbs out or missing. Good food.

Would not give one star.... So many problems with manager ... My half of sheet pizza nasty paper thin said would not refund my money THIER POLICY..SO MADE ME A LAGE PIZZA INSTEAD OF MY HALF SHEET.

The owner is neglegent at best. Calas was number one in lake county for health violations and is still a disgusting place to eat or work. There are good employees there but the owner doesn't care about quality or his own employees. Food is terrible and the health standards don't exist.

I was looking for a new pizza joint, tired of papa johns and all the other major pizza places and my buddy told me about this place. I was cautious at first. But everything was great from placing the order to eating the awesome pizza and wings! the girl on the phone was kind and patient with me and answered the questions I had. And when I picked up they had nothing but smiles and great customer service! The pizza was amazing, I got a deluxe pizza and they use ground sausage not the little balls you get from the other stores. And all the toppings were cooked to perfection! The wings were crispy and delicious! I recommend Cala's! I plan on ordering again! 5 STARS! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

I had just moved to Mentor and asked a friend, who has the best pizza around? I was told Cala's and I will admit that their pizza is good... when they don't screw up the order! The problem is they messed up my orders most times. The last time was beyond ridiculous and they refused to give me a refund. I called my credit card company and refused to pay for a pizza I didn't order. And I took the high road and didn't write them a bad review. Now over a year later, I thought I'd give them another chance, however I was refused server for them screwing up my order and me not wanting to pay for it. If you want just a regular pizza, by all means... feel free to eat Cala's but if you have any special requests that the idiots can't seem to read or comply with... don't waste your time or money, they will get it wrong and they won't care!
