This store is going down hill so fast. The last couple of times I came here the forgot food or messed up the order up. So I stopped going to Chick fil a all together today was the first time in 3 months I went back. Not only did they forget items and make a sandwich wrong. The kid that was handed the food to me almost hit me with the bags. And the lady that took the order was not listening so we ended up not getting 2 of they items we asked for
It was amazing great food great people I drive twenty minutes away just to enjoy both 🥰

I love chick-fil-a but when I went 30 mins ago we ordered 30 nuggets two sandwiches and 2 med fry and 1 large fry and they forgot a sandwich we asked for chick fil a sauce for all that and we only got three which is shocking. Also the dr peppers were diet when we asked for regular. I spent almost 50 dollars and two of my family members barley ate and to me 50 dollars is a lot of money I hope chick-fil-a sees this

I was walking into the restaurant with two little girls and a baby. A girl who was working the tablets at drive thru ran over to the door to open it for me. Great service all around and the food was quick and good as well

My husband and I stopped in during a rainy/snowy evening and the worker taking our order at the counter was so sweet. I never leave reviews for places but I have to share, I hope she sees this! Her name was Amanda. While we were sitting down eating, she was walking around the dining area asking other customers how their food was and if they needed anything. I’ve worked in food service and it’s NOT easy. I admired her work ethic and she made us feel like a couple of very valuable customers. The drive thru line is a wait at times but I don’t mind at all when my food comes out amazing every time, and the workers bringing it out are so kind. Behind the counter, I saw a kid with glasses who was running around working so hard as well. Looked like an efficient team from the outside !!
