This is the only good Chipotle around! The food tasted great and they were very friendly. They were also very patient with my stuttering. I suffer from a pretty severe speech impediment but, they were very patient with me. I would recommend going to this one. It's the only decent one around.

We place a group order at work yesterday, 7/23/25. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken and extra cheese neither of which were extra at all. The real problem was that it tasted like they dumped an entire salt shaker into my bowl. I was so salty I had to throw it away. When we reached out to complain as another person has the same issue. They told us there was too many ingredients in our bowls to narrow it down. They seemed to not care at all that we had to throw food away or the quality control of the food they were serving the public. We ordered chipotle all the.time at work. We will no longer be ordering from this one.

This location sucks.. Online orders are never right.. Chipotle customer care was of no help

I'm writing this review in absolute misery. I've been a loyal customer of Chipotle since summer, and I've always raved about their food. However, my latest experience was a nightmare.
My friend and I visited the restaurant exactly an hour before closing time. We ordered our usual favorites - I got the chicken steak, and my friend got the Barbacoa. However, when we received our food, I noticed that it wasn't in the heated area as usual. Instead, it was sitting on a back table, cold. Also The place was all practically closed with everything put away and cleaned up. I understand wanting to close but I kid you not It was 10:02 when I was ordering and they close at 11:00, Unprofessional.
I brushed it off, thinking it was just an oversight. Big mistake. Within hours, I started experiencing severe stomach issues and vomiting. I'm talking excruciating pain, constant trips to the bathroom, and a general feeling of misery.
I'm extremely disappointed in Chipotle's quality control, especially since I've always been a fan of their food. It's clear that they dropped the ball on this one. As a loyal customer, I expect better.
*Warning to others:* Be cautious when ordering food near closing time, and make sure it's stored at a safe temperature. I hope no one else has to go through what I'm experiencing right now.
Chipotle, you need to step up your game and ensure that your customers are receiving safe, high-quality food. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and my stomach) elsewhere.
