Went today after shopping. Around 5:30pm Worst Chipotle ever! First clue should have been walking in and seeing that it was beyond filthy! Line was long so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The guy ahead of us realized they didn’t have vinaigrette after they had made his chicken and rice bowl, so he left. The guy behind the counter then loudly asks if anyone is ordering a chicken bowl so he can reuse it. Then asked another employee if they can just dump it back in!!! Daughter orders her steak bowl, I order a veggie bowl. We find stools to sit on where it has some semblance of cleanliness, next to a couple that was in line behind us. I took a few bites of my meal and had to throw it out. It was ice cold, and tasted like piles of salt. My daughters steak bowl was also ice cold. I threw mine out, as did the couple next to us! Even the chips were burnt, and disgusting. This place should be closed down! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Judging by other reviews I have now read, it is apparent management also does not care. The only saving grace was there was a young man there with blue hair who was very professional, and nice who rang up our order.

My order got mixed up with someone else's and that resulted in me having to wait an extra 20 minutes and had my dog in the car and had to loop around again, they gave me free chips and a side of chicken for my dog and totally made my day :) 10/10

Has to be the worst chipotle on this planet. Disgusting, dirty, staff is rude, order is never ready on time. Got a text that my order was ready 10 mins ago. Still sitting in parking lot waiting for it because they are out of chicken and it will be another 10 mins. Wish the health department would shut then down.

Do not order on the app or drive thru from here. They know you will be long gone when you realize how badly your order is wrong. Not a mistake, it’s their laziness and unwillingness to do their jobs. I learned the hard way. From now on I go in there and if, say the point they tell me they are out of something I just walk out.
First and last time at this location, dirty, rude just a very bad experience and why do we have to wait to get our food made if take out wnts to order let them wait. WE ARE STANDING HERE.

Drive to painesville these guys suck they don't give the right portions disgusting and dirty rude and food quality isn't as good as other ones always miss something in online orders so I have to go in and watch them make it since so many orders have been wrong from this location the chat bot on the app no longer offers help and tells me to go inside instead, you know you suck when even the chipotle app will stop compensating for bad meals from here because there's just so many of them
