Wow, what a pathetic excuse for a Chipotle. I’ve come here twice, and both times I have just left because there’s 3 people in line and nothing is happening. Is the owner aware of this? You are losing money every single day and customers that will never come back to your store. I watched an older lady in front of me visibly upset leave the store also. You just lost $25-40 in 5 minutes because your store is a joke. Before I got in line, I went in the bathroom and I smelled an “electrical burnt” smell. And when people come through the door, the main line guy weeps and frowns and looks at the cashier like “omg more people.” Idk what is going on here but I can tell you I’ll never be back. This isn’t a chipotle. It’s a trap house.

I have ordered here a couple of times and everytime I do they always forget something….like say the two sides of chimichurri sauce I ordered and oh lets talk about the chips all of them are smashed and not even a full bag. This location is horrible and the staff needs to be retrained.

I have yet to see another Chipotle fail so miserably at literally everything like this one does.
Went here last night, waited in the egregiously slow line, then was told it would be 30 minutes for white rice and 15 minutes for chicken. I want to know, honestly, how do you run out of your main menu item with a full staff at your disposal?
It wasn't busy, yet the atmosphere look like it near always. Tables were repulsive, floors are gross, and the drink/napkin/utensil station looks like a brawl happened there.
Most of the workers could care less about you, too, so that's nice. I'm near certain that the staff member who was going to assist me (before I saw there was no rice or chicken) was high on something, which is not an accusation I throw lightly or often.
Really trashy and really gross. Never coming here again. 5 times is far too many chances at redemption.

This is a great loacation food is always hot and fresh and staff is always friendly i live in euclid and there 3 locations that much much closer to me and they are terrible id rather drive 25 min each way for this location that is amazing then drive 5 min down the road where food is cold rice is hard and the stores are dirty sorry not sorry

This location is absolutely terrible!!! So dirty! The counter where you get your drinks was a dirty mess napkins and lids on floor water and ice cubes all over disgusting! In the food line other food was mixed in with the toppings gross and the actually counter had food all over as they passed the bowls on down. Will never go here again! Would have walked out if I knew this before I got in line and ordered. Wish I would have taken pics to post the filth! They don’t even deserve 1 star! Where is management besides doing a POOR job!?!

Don't forget to baby sit the cashier or you might end up making it all of the way home before realizing they never put the Chips, that you ordered and were charged for, in the bag. Thanks, Chipotle. You owe me $1.80 because that's what's you charged me for the imaginary chips.

Where do I begin???? Let's start with the 25 minute wait, only to be greeted by the single person working the line (no cashier): Only to be informed that this was his 1st day. My friend requested a burrito and he ended up with what resembled a quesadilla. It was turn to order, I ordered a bowl of brown rice which was half cooked so I'm thinking that rice should not be crunchy while chewing. Moving on I picked chicken and much to my surprise I received half a spoonful, which led to believe that he thought he was feeding his cat! Side note, the server was not wearing a hair net for his long beard! Moving along, there's the pico, which were green tomatoes, which I declined. And being health conscience I declined sour cream & cheese, so I just had the lettuce. Moving along to the cashier I realized that there wasn't one. He was busy attending to the throng of online customers waiting for their food. After cashing out, I feel fortunate that I have a bag in hand with what would be considered a meal in fit for a king of a third world country!

Occasionally stop here. Always an issue. Today, no food available for 20 minutes at 250 in the afternoon!! Turning customers away as I write. Whoever owns or manages this joint should read his reviews or maybe stop in??
I have given this location multiple Attempts. It does not matter what time of day it is they will be out of chicken or steak, maybe even both. Today I drove 15 mins to Chipotle just to be told when I got up to order that they were only taking online Orders. No signage on doors at all.

The place is messy counter are always dirty the workers use there hands to wipe off counter with there gloves on then they grab toppings to put that on your bowl I watched one yesterday wipe his hands on his pants and I walked out of there. They got beards where no hair protection. I’ve seen them do this is other places, but this one is messy. Also, they shouldn’t use their hands to wipe off the counters then grab your food or anything else that their glove should be clean, but good luck there.

I just moved to mentor and this location needs to get it together!! Out of the past three times I have been here, the place was a disaster. All of the tables were dirty, the back where the grill was dirty, they were out of chicken, corn FROZEN every time, the steaks impossible to eat due to the amount of spice, wait time ridiculous. I just received my order pickup and they were out of queso and waited 40 minutes past the due time. Staff was nice but this place is not it.
