There is something about CEC pizza that is just so good. The employee at the register was very helpful and informative. We were trying to decide which option of play would benefit us the most. We had a great day. Thank you!

When will the I.T internet people fix the app so we can buy the fun passes? I've been waiting weeks. This is ridiculous! No option to buy at the store either. Would be nice if they'd FIX the issue. The place itself is 5 stars and the workers are great. It's the people who wont fix the website so I can buy fun passes since the option isn't at the store. please fix it! The staff at this location has been begging for them to fix it to but they claim its the customers cards but its not even trying to charge the cards. Fix it!

Got to say I havent been to at Chuck cheese in over 10. Really wanted to bring my 3 year old and definitely can say I will probably never return again. Not enough activities for kids under the age of five. Overcrowded. Not enough employees working there. One employee was working the prize booth. And we waited in line for over 15 minutes and decided to leave since the same person they where still dealing with .on top of that I don't think they are sterilizing well enough less then 48 hours later my child ends up getting sick and having a rash all over his body. I get it kids get sick but still

The pizzas okay but a little costly. They took all the tunnel slides out and now have a jumping trampoline for younger kids only and you have to pay $12.00 per child to jump in it and they only can go on it once from what we were told so if they are younger they make a killing from it cause literally they may stay on 5-10 mins. NOT WORTH it. Very costly!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Someone would have to hold doors open for them to get in and depends on wide their wheel chair is they may NOT fit in through the gate or some of the areas There is handicap rails in the one bathroom stall

Lost count of how many times she apologized to me. Got charged for a extra kid. We were missing one wrist band from the wrist band bag she gave us that had all the cards in it. We added a extra kid to bring our party to 11 kids. We were charged for 12 kids. The kid gaming area was overcrowded. The worst thing of all was the person that was supposed to be at the front door stamping hands was gone for the duration of the time we were there. Meaning any kid just could of walked out by themselves or with someone else. Daughter did have fun but unsure if we'll be back.
