Terrible experience! We ordered a large pizza, it was cut into 6 giant slices, had to cut again at home. Was told to “hold on” to pay while employee sat on her phone!

Great pizza, but the very long recorded message before you can talk to somebody means we don't buy here very often. Tried hitting 0 to get through, it just started the message over.

Dynamite pizza but I bought wings. And they charge for ranch. Thats uncalled for. They should at least throw one in. Even if they threw in a Small cup. That's a turn off man. Its the little things that count. Buying 25 dollars and up of food. Throw me a friggin free ranch. That all I want. In this whacked out ranch charging world.

Ordered the medium build your own pizza with Pep and bacon it was Awesome! Also got a Meat Stromboli with fresh Basil added and it was equally Awesome! Got side sauces I got the Cleveland pizza company Ranch and the Burnt River Ranch both sauces are Amazing! First time customer I will be back!

Beware, their online app may look likes it's working but it might not be. I placed an order on Saturday night for Sunday afternoon pickup on their app and received a confirmation email. When we arrived to pickup the 3 sheet pizzas the girl working said we could not have placed the order because their server was down. I showed her the confirmation email and they still kept saying the server was down. They never apologized or tried to offer a solution. Only after I asked what can we do now, did they offer to make the pizzas right then but they would need my credit card. I showed her my credit card app where it clearly shows the charge, but they wouldn't do anything unless I gave them my card. I left and will go to Jet's pizza in the future. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Pizza barely had any cheese on it. Delivery took over an hour and when we did get it, it was cold

We stayed at a nearby hotel and wanted pizza. We found this store with Cleveland style pizza. We ordered the cheese steak pizza with original crust. This was truly a great at pizza. We are already planning our return trip to this area. Great service , done and ready to go in 18 minutes on a walk in order. Highly recommend!!
