Grilled cheese pizza was super dry with barely any cheese on it and sandy breadcrumbs on top. 2 parts of our order were ordered in correctly, given the wrong sandwich and pepperoni pizza wasn’t thin crust as ordered. Rest of order was good but grilled cheese pizza was super disappointing. Needs way more cheese on it.Manager called back right away and made it right. Great customer service!

Order our food online and was told it would be an hour. At an hour and 20 minutes I called and was told it isn't in the store so it must be out for delivery. I received it at an hour and 30 minutes. A very long wait in my opinion. I had ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich with extra cheese. When I bit into it I noticed there was no cheese. I looked at the rest of the sandwich, as did my wife and mother in law and every agreed there was no cheese. I called up to the store to let them know and to get the extra cheese charge credited and I was told "I spoke to the general manager and he said he made it and there is cheese on it" Great customer service!! I asked to speak to the general manager and told him that when a customer complains it is not great to tell them "no, you are wrong". He felt his employee didn't tell me that. He insisted that there was cheese on the sandwich. Too many food places in mentor to deal with poorly managed restaurants. Seriously an hour and a half to get a couple pizzas and a sub. Then to be talked to like this. I strongly recommend people go somewhere else

This was our first time trying Cleveland Pizza Co. We purchased 1 large Grilled Cheese Pizza, 1 medium Pickle Pizza, 1 Deep Dish Pizza, and 1 cinnamon bread sticks. The grilled cheese pizza was dry and disgusting. It hardly had cheese and was burnt with croutons on it. The crust was super hard and couldn’t eat it. The pickle pizza looked nothing like pictured, but it at least wasn’t dry. The deep dish was good, fortunately. The cinnamon breadsticks were gross, very thin and hard except for the outer pieces, again looking nothing at all like pictured. I was super disappointed. We spent around $60-$65 and it was not worth it at all. If you order from here, I highly suggest you check your food before you drive home.

Ordered an XL NY style pizza for pickup. Arrived 5 minutes before the time I was told the pizza would be done. A slice in and I can’t even eat this. It’s so cold and disgusting. It’s a shame when you can’t even get a decent pizza on Saturday night. $27.00 completely down the drain. Next time I’ll just wire you the $27 and you can save me the hassle of driving to you for a disgustingly cold pizza. Let’s order a pizza so we can warm up literally every piece. Thanks Cleveland Pizza Co.

Showed up to pick up my order was wrong they never apologized didn't offer me a credit or anything acted like it was my fault that they made my calzones wrong. My order was to be ready at 4:40 they did replaced at 4:55. Customer Service not their strong point obviously.

It took 1.5 hrs for delivery and when I called a little over an hour after placing it, the lady was not very nice about it. She said the delivery driver is out and hung up. I called bcuz if they were behind I was just going to go get it. My kids were starving and I didn't want to make them wait much longer. 25 minutes later he came and I live 15 min away. I had a lot of cleaning to get done so I thought delivery would be more convenient but now I wish I went with a diff option for dinner. On top of it the food arrived cold and wasn't great. The breadsticks were very dry. It was a waste of $50. Could have gotten better food and faster delivery somewhere else. I don't think we will be ordering from here again.

I just grabbed a medium pepperoni pizza for my son and I today from doordash (lazy Sunday) and I just want to say mah god was it good. Half the time I order pizza I get white pizza cause I don't care for a lot of places pizza sauce but this place is now hands down my favorite in the area. The dough, the cheese, the sauce, delicious.
