Crab King Pholicious Restaurant

Pleasantly surprised at how good this was. I got the catch of the day seafood boil bag with snow crab legs, sausage, corn, and potatoes with lemon peppa sauce. Couldn’t finish all of it, super nice portion! My only complaint would be maybe to add another corn cob instead of just one.

As for the food, it was cooked perfectly and still very warm when I got home with it. Doubled bagged thank god!! Easy to dispose of at the house. Crab tasted good and it wasn’t rubbery. Sauce was pretty good as well but I’d like more in it next time so I will order extra.

Would love to come sit down and enjoy inside as it looked cool when I came in. Fast service as well, done in 20 mins as promised and I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Definitely will be back, great first impression!!

First of all, the waiter was really rude. God forbid you ask any questions about the menu, immediate eye roll! Drinks are good, food was bland and dry. I had seafood fried rice. No seasoning whatsoever. Waiter just brings you the receipt, he didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else. Then I said I needed an order to go, he grabbed the receipt and looked really annoyed. Then it was time to pay, he brought the machine and watched me how much tip I was giving him. He really didn't deserve any. I haven't seen a ruder waiter in a really long time!

Food is amazing. Had the seafood boil. Crawfish was on point. Crab kegs and shrimp perfect. Service is a little stiff, but not rude. Worth a stop.

I ordered the snow crab for $60 and no sides with it. It was plopped down in front of me in a plastic bag by the waiter. That was odd, but it would have been tolerable presentation/pricing if the crab would have been good. However, it tasted like smelly fish and was undercooked. When we sent it back there were numerous confrontations on
Charging us. There was no offer of another meal. It was a very bad experience

Everything was honestly perfect. Our Phos were so yummy. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Meat and seafood were just perfectly cooked. Nothing overcooked and rubbery. Simply perfect!!! The stuff was nice and friendly . And nice cool Hawaiian style interior.
I'm definitely coming back !!!

Drove from Columbus to Cleveland, to say the least the food is worth the drive! Service was friendly and so was staff :)

Honest review! We entered the restaurant and were greeted and immediately seated. The service was very dry, however the food did come out quickly.The food was mehh. We ordered a drink from the bar which tasted like watered down kool aid very disappointing. The time came for the check. The guy came with the credit card reader. Swiped my card and just walked away. No thank you for dining with us or did you want a receipt. NOTHING! The meal was over 70 dollars and I have to say it WASNT WORTH IT AT ALL. No professionalism and worst no appreciation. To think I actually tipped these people. Never again?

We came on the recommendation of Donna at Snow Nails 4u so we had some high hopes!

Luckily we had Austin as our server and he went above and beyond. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee and at first glance the size didn’t match the cup. I mentioned that to Austin and even offered to pay for another cup, but he came back with a cup to top our coffees off! A+ for that.

I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (I like to try this over Pho at Vietnamese restaurants) and it was 8.5/10. The spicy level could have been a tad higher! Very good nonetheless. My husband ordered the Pho Seafood and gave it a 8/10…he would have preferred a more tangy soup base.

We also came during tax free weekend and we had to remind Austin of their IG post about it. Too bad for the people that didn’t pay attention because I’m sure you got taxed.

Overall, when I get my nails done down the street I would pop back in for a coffee.

Food was mediocre, but service was poor. our server barely said anything to us, threw menus, silverware, and other extras on the table. he only showed interest after we gave him a 20% at the end (purely because he was staring at us). Will probably not be back and will try to find a pho place elsewhere to eat at. very disappointed.

A surprisingly good Vietnamese restaurant in Mentor?! I’m just as shocked as you are.

Tell your mom and them to get in here! Crab King Pholicious is exactly that. Fast service and really delicious food. Much better than anything I ate in Mortville. Connie Gravel will claim her Pho is better, but she didn't even make hers. She had it delivered. I'd see the takeout containers in the trash. I hate to say that, but she was crazy and a liar.
