Just got my Lunch form there.. took 20 mins didn't have time to look in my bag wrong sandwich and I had maybe 5 fries in my regular fry order.. disappointed to say the least.

I had my mouth watering for onion rings and maple cookie. I went on the website because I knew Maple cookie was seasonal and per the website you had it I drive all the way there to find out not only do they not have the maple cookie they don't have onion rings either I was not going to get anything but they had already made my sandwich before I even finish my order or anything really not a good look

We’ve ordered here before, but this is a 1st. They made the sundae’s by putting ice cream in the bottom, filling the lid, and flipping??! Unacceptable and disappointing.

They served me blizzards that was mostly ice cream and hardly any chocolate brownies or chocolate at all.I decided to order blizzards a few days later…I did get few brownie pieces but tasted old.Not going back to that location I give up!!

These past few days have been horrible with service. I have gotten the wrong order multiple times from them but by the time I realize I have the wrong order they are closed due to me getting off work late. The first incident was with a Sunday. I asked for strawberry and they were out so I said hot fudge and they gave me a milkshake not a hot fudge Sunday the second I asked for BBQ strips but got buffalo and now I cant get them cause due to dietary restrictions I cant eat anything spicy and buffalo falls under it . Would not recommend anymore the best way to fix this is to train and work with your workers better

The service I got in the drive thru from Evan was out of this world. He went out of his way to make sure the fries and onion rings came out fresh and still warm, and he got my order down to perfection. Thanks again Evan! Best drive thru service ever!!!✌️

Wow.words cannot describe it. everyone in the place hates their job. I get it it’s fast food but my god at least try. Food sucks service sucks the whole experience sucked. Not the first time was there some time a couple months back and it was just like this visit. I can tell you that I won’t be back. Jobs are so easy to get why would you stay there if you’re that unhappy.

On 8/13/25 I went v to your DQ on diamond center at 530 for food. I ordered and paid. When the male worker the one with the cast. Gave me the food forgot one sandwich. When I told him he got a attitude. So one of the women came to the window and asked what was wrong . So I told her I was shorted a burger. She said we will remake it. The he grabbed the bag from her shoved another sandwich in it and handed back to me. When I got home to eat them one was well over cooked and cold. And the other was put together sloppy. So I ended up throwing 1 away. I tried calling them but the phone wasn't taking messages. I am pissed and will not eat there ever again.its pretty good when I called the store 3 days in a row and left messages for the manager and they never called me back. I put it on social media about the service what happen. And will never go back.

Two stars is generous. We had disgusting day old fries, which keep in mind I don't care that they were day old, except they were soft and grosssss. All of our food and cups were also dirty with ice cream because the guy handed it to us with it all over his hands I guess????

This has been so far the worst Dairy Queen or restaurant for the food this food did something to my stomach for 3 days I had the cheese curds n the chicken strips I have never went through any stomach problems like this before until I ate those items I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Why is the lobby of this location never open until the hours posted? If you’re open until 10 your lobby should still be open when I come at 9:20pm.

I used to love getting the chicken baskets on Wednesday, but for the past two weeks not good at all. The chicken was way to over cooked and was cold. I know they are on sale but give me a break. It seems like in the past month the place has gone downhill.

Over cooked hamburgers every single time order a cheese burger got no cheese.

They should take notes from The Willoughby location
