We live close by and this place is horrible! Service is consistently bad, food is sub par and they are always under staffed. They consistently get my order wrong after waiting a long time for it. Don't go to this location unless you absolutely have to. Can't believe this location stays in business.

Had the doors locked on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm.

Absolute TERRIBLE place to go. Blizzards were melted because they sat on the shelf for 6 minutes while the employees were standing around talking about how pathetic the drive through customers were because they wanted extra cheese on their burgers. The guy making the fried food was flinging his long ponytail all over the place and playing with his hair while cooking. The girl making the cones and blizzards was too busy watching a movie that the stuff she was making took twice as long to make. The woman putting the sandwiches together had her phone on full blast playing extremely explicit music and was complaining about every customer that came in/through the drive through. While sitting there eating my ice cream 2 people (who were parked) had to come ask for their order inside because they each sat there for over 10 minutes (the place wasn’t busy at all) they just forgot to make order. There was garbage all over the floor in the kitchen. The employees were rude. The only nice employee there was the male cashier.

The Parmesan garlic chicken tenders are very good, they were the best the first time I had them. Ever since they’ve barely been covered in any sauce, which is disappointing. I can’t imagine how much worse they would be if I got the bbq ones. Just add the right amount of sauce and it would be fine…

Hard to correct an order mistake if they have the phone turned off. So I had to pay for food i didn't even want. Awesome business practice. Place is a joke

Waited to get waited on to the point of asking if anybody was working. Went to get beverage,no ice. Went to tell them,they got me ice. Went to get beverage and it didn't work either.Out of syrup ? Ordered sandwich with onion and got 1 little slice of onion about the size of a quarter.

Being around food with no shoes, just your dirty white socks. - Gross! The store was not busy and we were the only client in line, but still waited 10 minutes for our ice cream. There were five employees either talking, eating, or standing around so I had to wait for the one employee out of 5 that made our ice cream. Won’t be back here!

Got order correct the first time. Nice seating inside. This DQ Grill and Chill offers reasonably priced ?meals! They have a half price happy hour drink special 2-4 PM weekdays, ask about it. Usually younger staff, but I have found them to do an excellent ? job most of my visits. When I ordered my Large Chocolate Hot Fudge Sundae the young lady on front cash confirmed I wanted chocolate ? Ice Cream instead of putting chocolate and hot fudge on vanilla ice cream as some of them do. Long before the closing of the Great Lakes Mall and Mentor Avenue locations the Diamond Center location was on my up and coming list! Soft Seats, Great Service, and Yummy DQ food and treats. Diamond Center is the Hidden Gem in the DQ chain in Mentor! Just gotta have that Yum!?
