every time i come here my ice cream is everywhere! they serve cups covers in melted ice cream and half in the carrier they really need to do better at being more clean when it comes to handing the food out. they over filled it to the point i couldn’t even open it without half of it coming out of the cup/lid and going EVERYWHERE. not to mention the mess in my car just from the cup dripping due to being way too full. plus everything i got was already half way melted before it was even handed out to me .

I went through the drive thru a few minutes ago, and was treated with more disrespect than i have ever received before, i had to make an account to post the review. The woman at the window looked to be the manager, and had dyed hair. AND she looked like a MANAGER based on her uniform. she had an attitude at both the speaker and the window it seemed. she either needs to be fired or trained on how to speak to people properly. i am severely disappointed in this location and will not be returning unless she fixes her attitude, and especially if that’s how they manage the place.

Attempted the drive thru around 9:10pm, according to Google they're open until 10:00pm. They have some construction-type object blocking the entrance to the drive thru. What does it mean? Are they closed? Are they open, and you're supposed to wiggle around it? Perhaps the drive thru is closed but the regular counter is open. Who knows? Not getting my business (they'll probably be okay without me). Maybe put up a sign to clarify whatever you have going on.

horrible experience lol. whoever you guys had on shift on 7/1/25 at like 2:45 pm, get new employees that have a work ethic. me asking for my ranch that i ordered and the guy goes “tell them we don’t have any” as we’re standing right there? the girl didn’t even know how to ring up anything on the pos. weird, food was old too, also all the tables were dirty.

From service always slow to the point of a simple lunch break can be ruine after taking one order thru drive thru they constantly have you wait 10 mins for the next person to place. Now to the food a good amount of the orders I have placed I have never gotten anything fresh let alone hot. You can tell when the food has been sitting. What a shame this place needs to go or better people.

The visit from hell! My daughter and I stopped for a treat this evening and we're very disappointed! I never received such poor service at a Dairy Queen -EVER! We waited at least 20 minutes from the time we arrived until we got to the speaker!
Then,we were told we had to wait ! Noone returned ,so I had to ask if anyone was there! We placed our order and pulled up to the window.I made a comment about our ice cream sitting on a counter ,melting! The kid who had come to the window copped an attitude about having to remake it! Slammed it into the trash.Ice cream all over the wall and everything! I told him I didn't appreciate having to wait so long in the heat! Sitting there wasting my gas with my engine idling! I will never patronize this location again! I will go to Mentor on the Lake or Painesville! Wasted time,gas and money! Rude,lazy teenagers are all these places employ!!

One of the few ice cream 🍦 places open until 10 pm. Drive thru only 9pm to 10pm. Didn't order food, only ice cream Blizzards and pup cup which were fine.
