The BEST eggplant parmigiana in the world! Crispy outside, juicy inside & very tasty. Topped w/the BEST marinara sauce! I wonder, since Davitino's is retiring, would you share your eeggplant parm & marinara sauce recipes on your FB page? Pretty please?

Walked in, and the hostess, which is also the owner, was smoking. She quickly put her cigarette out as if to hide the obvious. The rest of the restaurant smelled like old stale cigarettes. We went to a table and received a menu but could no longer handle the smell, so we left. On our way out, she asked us if something was wrong. We told her, and she apologized. Unfortunately an apology does not retain business when your business is unsanitary!

So heard they where retiring after 30 years, figured we would go try them before they close as we have never been here. I do not know where to begin with the quality of the food as it is almost impossible to put into wordsas to how disappointing this food was. It was like out of a can sauce poured on top of microwaved & rubberized frozen ravioli with a mushy burnt tasting meatball then the spag & balls was just as terrible for $16 you would expect some high level of quality ! Sorry they decided to stay open and finish off selling 1970's truck stop quality food. No way did they sell this poor quality food and stay in business 30 years! .
