This is the worst possible place to take your business. The two older women working there are very nasty, condescending and rude. Seems as though the manager wants to avoid confrontation more than do his job. Its sickening that this seems to be the standard anymore. Food takes forever as nobody wants to be bothered to work. Cult of laziness!

I have never seen people work so slow. Placed an order for pick up and it was supposed to be ready at 1:37. They didnt start making it until I was there at 1:40 and it took one person 20 minutes to make a single sub. Would have been understandable if they were busy but the place was dead.

I had all condiments removed and told them to place them on the side in containers. They removed the condiments and then didnt include them in delivery. Then refused to correct or send condiments. I had 6 dry subs that were thrown away .. the group ordered pizza instead !@!

Very good subs, however, they often ignore requests for horseradish and replace it with mayo that is supposedly horseradish based, without asking or even mentioning that they have done this. It changes the flavor of the sub for the worse and is not what I, as the customer, requests.
Update: Still great subs. Staff has subpar attitude.

We were pretty disappointed in our recent experience at DiBella’s subs. First they were out of both sesame and plain bread leaving our options either “everything” bread or wheat bread. Second, the cheesesteak had very little flavor. Last, while our meal took a bit to prepare, I watched a poor customer standing waiting for his meal for like 20 minutes before a staff member asked what he was waiting for and it turned out they weren’t preparing his order. I feel like they have a few opportunities for improvement.

I love coming to this place. So imagine my surprise when I came in before 6 pm on a Sunday to be told there was no bread, and they wouldn't be making anymore. So you're just not serving anyone but keeping the door open? It's OK. Firehouse was more than happy to help me.
