Love the dibellas franchise since finding it in Solon when they opened. But this mentor location seems to be using the stalest of the stalest bread lately, really turning me away since this is the one reason I point people to try this franchise. Last 3 times the bread just isn't good. Very dry and hard. Oh well there's always jimmy johns for lunch. I'll give 6 months before i try again. At this location.

First time going to that location doesn't taste good as others.

Subs are good, but the service was very slow, especially since there were very few people inside for lunch.

John Schultz

Decent ingredients. Cold almost frozen bread.

Dibella's might be the best sub chain in the us. The bread is amazing. They aren't shy with the meat nor the toppings. I was pretty pumped to find one out in Ohio. Get a franchise in Massachusetts!

Cold godfather is always my go to and is always good. Quick service and always tastes fresh. Got a bonus chocolate chip cookie this time which was really good too.

An hour before they close, not hardly a light on. Sign isn't lit, the parking lot lights are off. I luckily ordered online or I wouldn't have come in here. It looks like a ghost town and like they do not want customers.

Parking: No lights on after dark. It's a scary parking lot.

Pretty good food and service I recommend trying this place out. Just a little pricey.

I'm from Rochester NY, so I am well versed in DiBellas subs as that is where they originated. While traveling for work to Ohio and hungry, this seemed to good to be true...an Oasis! I ordered the 14" Steak Bomber with all toppings, side of pasta salad, and a drink. Service was friendly and prompt. Dibellas bread is a very big part of their appeal...my everything roll was fresh and good. That is where the positives ended though unfortunately. While I ordered the 14", the meat and toppings could've filled a 6" sub from "Subway"! Meat was a bit bland. Very little topping for what I expect when I tell someone "everything". Just weak in terms of overall filling a worthwhile sub roll. The pasta salad was mediocre. Sub alone is nearly $20. Obviously with inflation everyone has been reducing quantities etc...but this was ridiculous! Sadly they didn't offer their steak sauce, which was unique and delicious. Ditto for their broccoli salad side. Overall I was extremely disappointed. If I were at home in the ROC, this aggression would not stand, man. 2 out of 10. Pathetic.

I'm not sure how hard it is to make a sandwich but hot ham is not salami. I'm tired of increasing prices and not getting what I ordered/completely wrong orders.

The problem is the workers aren't paid enough to care. Which I honestly don't blame them with these piss poor wages in 2024.

Better than Subway. The price for food was reasonable.
