Got a delivery order and was missing an item... called to see about a solution. Got put on hold with nobody coming back to the phone for 15 minutes. attempted to call back twice more and was hung up on both times. The most immature situation I've had to deal with in a long time. Wasn't even mad just wanted the missing item or a refund for it but whoever was working refused to stay on the phone for 60 seconds to work it out.
My experience seems to be the norm at this location. However, now the employees are sending me harassing text messages and calling me in the middle of the night!!
We ordered 3 cheese steak sandwiches however they forgot to put the steak on one of the sandwiches. I called the store and the little boy who answered the phone called me a liar and told me to bring it back to the store. So I did..
