“I’ve been visiting rhis DD for years and they’ve always given me wonderful service. The managers are an amazing couple who truly care about their customers. Sure, there have been occasional employees who left much to be desired, but I’ve noticed that their time there was always short lived. Overall, a wonderful store!!“

“More amused by the comments/ reviews, than the way this franchise is run. Complaining about long lines and not being able to get their fancy coffee just so. Oh, and the high prices, OMG! Try this. Get your lazy azz out of bed and show up before it gets busy. Make your own donuts & fancy coffee if you don’t like the prices. Personally, I feel sorry for these folks getting in there before sunrise, on a weekend, to make these treats. If you don’t like it, go elsewhere. I’m sure they want miss you if they have lines around the building!“

“The pizza’s we got was burnt on the bottom. The donuts were good but definitely not like they used too! Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“

“I absolutely love the owner she’s amazing as well as the entire staff, always greets you by your name, my order is always correct and in a timely manner, she makes my coffee exactly how I like it. I’m actually closer to the one on Vine St but come over to this location since I never have issues.“

“How did my wife and I just find about this place? I thought it was new. I asked the waitress and was told it's been there for 7 years! We have been missing out! I love small cozy diners, and this fits the bill. Food was great. I got the breakfast burrito, and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her meal also. Looking forward to going back!“

“The workers at this Dunkin location were especially helpful and wanted to please their customers. This is refreshing, considering some of the other Dunkin locations have nasty employees and low-quality food. They even gave recommendations when we were sure what to order. Would stop here again!“
