My main complaint is with their mobile app. Numerous times I have order items that aren’t actually available in the store I’m going to. They never give refunds so I either have to pick a different thing or they sometimes offer to come back a different day which is such a hassle for everyone in my opinion. This time I ordered munchkins for my dog as a treat. I ordered the blueberry glazed on the app and when I went to pick it up they never even had any that day. They tried to give me chocolate after I explained that it’s for my dog and he can’t have chocolate. I asked for a refund and all they could offer me was I could come back the next day or get a donut I didn’t want which cost less than what I paid for the munchkin order…

I used to love it here seriously, I’d go nearly every day. But I noticed in my refresher that there was mold floating in it. Hope they cleaned their taps since I called. They didn’t seem too worried about it.

Very hit and miss with the food. Sometimes its ok, but more often than not, it tastes stale. The flavored lattes never seem to have any flavor in them. They either taste like straight coffee or just milk. We go to Dunkin because its a convenient location, and usually fairly quick through the line, but the food quality has been going downhill.

I'm sad to say but this is the 3rd time in the past week or so that they have taken an old order and put my order label over the old one and doctored it up a little and gave me someone's old or wrong order not a good look at least you could have taken the old label off instead of putting my new one over top so I will be going to a different dunkin from now on

I walked in and saw two workers just sitting and talking, while the two other workers, were cleaning up and making orders at the same time. I don't like seeing stuff like this especially since they were minors over working while the adults just sat and talked the entire time. They eventually started yelling at them for not working when they clearly were. Do I need to be worried about child labor laws not being followed? I overheard the name of one of the adults being Nan I think. I don't know if this occurs often, but it should be stopped. I was going to get a berry burst dunkin energy, but decided not to because they didn't deserve to work even harder than what they already were.

Lady from last review got upset i told her i had to start charging her 15 cents for each matcha scoop i put in because she wanted another 7 scoops of matcha I didn’t charge her for originally, she got an attitude and said they haven’t charged her for it before when I am supposed to as a shift manager. She then proceeded to try and get my co workers to talk to her and they told her the exact same thing and bregudingly paid 30 cents for 2 more matcha scoops. She wouldn’t leave the line for 5 minutes when i had a line behind her, i explained to her i am going to call the cops if she doesn’t leave my line and started having even more attitude until eventually pulling forward and leaving.
