Management is horrible, fires employees that know what they are doing to hire family members. I will NEVER us Dunkin Donuts again.

I just wanted one cup of coffee. The lady in front of me had a large order and I seemed to not be a priority. What seemed to be a manager asked her staff to get my order and they walked around like I wasn't here. Way too long of a wait for there to be no one in front of me.

They can’t understand what I’m saying they keep messing up my order all the time they don’t pay attention to the orders they are grabbing of there drive through cart . I was supposed to get a toasted white chocolate latte and got pumpkin spice one of my other orders I was supposed to get a vanilla latte and go someone’s black coffee . Very disappointed I won’t be going there anymore I’d rather pay more money at Starbucks to get the right order than the wrong one all the time . I went there today to give them the benefit of the doubt but yet again they screwed up my order I was supposed to get a toasted white chocolate late instead I a hot chocolate late not what I wanted. Maybe hire employees that understand English that can do the drive threw window.

Dunkin Donuts continually undercooks it's bacon, and it's a concern to me due to the parasites pork can contain. This piece of bacon was served to me at Dunkin, and the shape of the undercooked side of this bacon appears to be a parasite. Concerning!!! Staff should be cooking this meat more thoroughly.

Standard donuts, friendly staff, is in desperate need of a deep clean. Very dirty inside! If this is dining area I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Chairs and table are very sticky. This was in the morning too.

usually are good. they are very friendly. however this time i added something to my order making my total to be 13$ and i didn’t even get what i asked for. i was charged for a sandwich which i asked for, and got a PLAIN BAGEL. i’m so upset and beyond disappointed. i’ve never had a bad experience and this time i did. I’m upset i spent my money on stuff i didn’t even get but ordered and they were super friendly and had no problem adding.

This is by far the friendliest staff of any establishment I’ve ever been to! I’m greeted by name by Chrissy I believe her name is in the drive thru and they all know my order. Food and drinks are always prepared perfectly.

Rarely stop anymore since they discontinued coconut milk, but ordered today. Drive thru man had a lot of attitude and should reconsider his career in customer service

I go to this Dunkin A LOT (more times than I’d like to admit) ? they are amazing! It’s usually very quick service and they’ve never messed up my order! The employees are very friendly, too!

The food is ok. I just wish there were more healthy options. But I don't love their tea options. Not really a coffee fan. But their wraps are kind of good. Just wish they added vagibles ?. And more day food than breakfast food would be nice. But other than that the place isn't that bad. But I also do miss when they used to have ice cream.
