Lady from last review got upset i told her i had to start charging her 15 cents for each matcha scoop i put in because she wanted another 7 scoops of matcha I didn’t charge her for originally, she got an attitude and said they haven’t charged her for it before when I am supposed to as a shift manager. She then proceeded to try and get my co workers to talk to her and they told her the exact same thing and bregudingly paid 30 cents for 2 more matcha scoops. She wouldn’t leave...

Very rarely do I go to Dunkin Donuts anymore (once or twice a year)

I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, and it was the best I've had in years 💚 the service was prompt and curtious, and I'd definitely venture out more if everyone ran their business in this manner.

Standard donuts, friendly staff, is in desperate need of a deep clean. Very dirty inside! If this is dining area I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Chairs and table are very sticky. This was in the morning too.
