Everytime I go here to this location they fill my cup only 3/4 when I'm asking for no ice, even tho they are charging $1 extra when you request no ice. They are the slowest Dunkin. If you ask them to fill the cup to the top they get an attitude and still don't fill it to the top. Today they gave me my avocado toast in a container that had stuff on the bottle. It was disgusting and luckily I didn't sit it on my lap as I was on my way to work!

I’ve been visiting rhis DD for years and they’ve always given me wonderful service. The managers are an amazing couple who truly care about their customers. Sure, there have been occasional employees who left much to be desired, but I’ve noticed that their time there was always short lived. Overall, a wonderful store!!

They have never given me a total in the drive thru until I get to the window, coffee is subpar, the workers are short and don't understand English well it seems which makes ordering more difficult while the reason for drive thru is efficiency in my mind. And they are consistently out of creme filled donuts.

Wow, do not go here if you have any kind of food allergies, the staff will tell you that you should just make coffee at home!
If you go in early morning coffee is made right, mid morning to evening they suck! If I wanted milk I would go buy milk! I think they forgot to add coffee to it. But this happens every time I go in milk mid morning or evening. They need to retrain their people on how to make coffee. Especially when that is the business specialty.

I usually come here in the morning no problems, but for a 5/6pm on a weds AND only 1 car in the drive through, i cant believe the struggle. I had to repeat my order 3x, for them to still get it terribly wrong, why ask 3x? "Light ice" was said each time, look at the pic ? im done with these corperations, $3.25 for ice and a headache.
