East Coast Original Frozen Custard

Rudest workers I have experienced. Went through drive thru window told the girl it was to go she gave us sundae no lid when asked for it basically tossed it at as. Ordered milkshake lid was falling and shake was all over cup. Workers were just rude and not very friendly.

Good ice cream, clean spot...tough to do considering the savages that just spill and walk away.

Always love the chocolate custard

First time back here after a few years and WOW have the sizes shrunk and prices gone up! Pb subdae had about 1 tsp of peanuts on it and was tiny. I guess all good things eventually come to an end. Sad to see though.

It's a counter serve place that serves frozen custard with a few tables to sit down and eat the same.

Good ice cream, concretes, and fare foods. Usually pretty quick and the drive thru moves fast.

Dietary restrictions: I have a wheat allergy. Not quite as sensitive as severe celiacs. But i haven't had any issues if I just avoid the clear wheat products. But they do say they don't use dedicated GF equipment. So very sensitive people take caution.

I asked for a double sized cup for my frozen yogurt and she brought me out a mini so she went back to make me another she came back with another mini! They were being rude from the start

Please do mentor Ohio a favor and close your doors forever. Multiple times I have gone there this has happened I wait 15 minutes 20 minutes at the drive through window and no one to take my order. Last time looking through the window both employees are on their phones sitting on the counter just completely oblivious they are at work, zero customer service. You have a drive through I expect drive through service. Please close and stay closed or do better A LOT better.

Every time we come to this location it seems to take forever, today there was only one car in the drivethru so I thought it would go quick. After 10 minutes for that car we finally pulled up to see the worker walk away. After a few minutes another worker appeared to be getting someones attention so we waited and still no service so we went to DQ instead

Truly one of the worst locations. Told them we had a nut allergy. They accidentally served us a Mentor Ave Crunch which has cashews. I went inside upset expressed my disappointment. They replaced it but had no sense of concern. In addition, the custard tends to be freezer burnt on most visits. Definitely could use some training or look for employees that can follow directions it could save someone’s life.

My family and I love East coast Custard, and normally never have a problem. Tonight we go and are met with major attitude from the young lady at window! She was absolutely the rudest person I ever met. This really bummed us out because we normally are met with nice polite people. Just a bummer this young lady needs to work on customer service.
