Jeff, Mary and the entire Empower Nutrition team are familly and friends and health givers. What would I do without them each day? If you have yet to discover Empower Nutrition, please stop in and check out all of the VAST teas, protein coffees, shakes.....that are so very healthy yet SO tasty. I go in sometimes feeling tired and down and I leave with my protein coffee and tea feeling uplifted and ready for my day. It is a healing and loving atmosphere. If you want to drink a healthy drink not loaded with sugars, go experience the Herbalife product in a most loving and uplifted atmosphere.

Driving home from Milwaukee to Vermont and had lunch at our favorite Ohio lunch spot in Mentor. Of course, 2 of our favorite Herbalife peeps, Jeff Nemecek and Mary Nemecek own this cool nutrition club! Isn't their club gorgeous? Shakes are INCREDIBLE, too, so make sure to stop in to see them! Oh, I had a Caramel Butter Egg Shake, OMG! and Mike LOVED his Mint Oreo Cheesecake Shake!
