Everything about this place is awesome. The food is always delicious. The portions are always generous. The staff is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. I don’t have a single recommendation to improve the place. If you’re going to that other national chain burrito place, you are making a huge mistake. Try Federales once and they’ll be your new favorite spot for quick-service Mexican food.

The birria beef tacos are very delicious. Large portions, variety of beer and margaritas. Really good salsa options for chips and salsa or as a topping. I have gone twice and have been pleased both times.

Only request would be that steak options are to order so you can specify doneness, but its always great here. The birria is the closest to So. Cal we have found in lake county. Highly recommend
