First time customer and from the start I was not greeted. Placing the order had to be one of the most difficult things to do. Lady didn’t understand my request for no tomatoes and I got one side with them and one side without. Subs were sloppy too. From beginning to end it was awful service and not so good subs. The only thing good here was how clean everything was inside. Will not be returning.

Decided to treat me and my daughter for some Italian subs. When we were at check out I was ask repeatedly if would to do the following, donate money, round up the amount and to give a tip. After spending around $36 I don’t think it was respectful of them to be so pushy for me to give them more and they kept going on about the tipping. After all that trouble about tipping I was about halfway through my through my sub and pulled out a long piece of hair OUT OF MY MOUTH??. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This was gross and rude. I don’t know if I will come back after have this ruff if experience.

Not only were the subs delicious, but the service and ambiance were outstanding as well!! we dined in and I enjoyed seeing the displays of how Firehouse Subs helps community fire department with donations. also, a shout out to the staff--I left my purse there, not realizing it was missing, and an upstanding young man named Hunter delivered it to me with a note. I applaud his honesty and dedication to customer service representing Firehouse Subs!

If you love mayonnaise - order the Italian, because that's all you can taste. I ordered a cold one to go. Doused it with oregano at home - still mayonnaise is all the taste. Gross. I recommend Subway.....

From the minute I walked into this establishment, I was taken aback by the ambiance of a modern sub shop. From the music to the super cool fire truck, it was a sight of beauty. The service was super fast and easy. I believe my order was taken by a young man with the name of Josh. He was super kind and I could tell he took pride in his job. I got the Italian sub and it was DELICIOUS. The saltiness of the meat balanced perfectly with the crunch and zing of the vegetables, combined perfectly with fluffy bread. 100/10 I would definitely return!

Good food, good people, but they never get your order right

Sadly found out Nick's Gyros closed so we went to find an alternate place to get a corned beef sandwich for St. Patty's in a pinch. We saw a firehouse subs and thought they would be a good option. Well, we got our sandwiches and were very disappointed, they were tiny. There went 10 bucks. I guess you are not looking for repeat business, Fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice - shame on me.

Had my first Firehouse sub today and I was totally satisfied. Great bread, meats sliced really thin so that it makes it all tender. Everything was perfect. Great gal on duty at the time. I will be back. Never going to subway again.Parking: Easy in and easy out

First visit today at everything was great. Sandwich looked like the menu picture. It was tender and tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. Perfect visit.

Waited 7 minutes for someone to come out from the back, after opening the front door twice and saying hello a few times.. then to find out they put the meat balls away an hour and a half before closing :(

I love Firehouse Subs. I recently went to the Mentor one after not having been to Firehouse Subs in well over a year. The food was ok. Things did not seem fresh at all, and the taste of my sandwich was significantly off. The service was alright. There were two people, and one of the two employees was being trained. It seemed like her first day. The new employee seemed nervous and did not really say anything to me when I was getting my order. I looked in the bag, and my kids' meals were missing some things. When I asked, I was told that all there was. This and the lack of customers makes the atmosphere very dry and uninviting; however, I am willing to consider this a fluke for the time being and see what happens in the future.Kid-friendliness: For a fast food restaurant, kids are always welcome. They have firefighter gear that kids can put on and take photos in. The kids' meals are not complete, however, at this location. They did not provide anything from the kids meal other than the sandwich itself.
