This was only my second time coming to froyo at this specific location, glad to say it will be my last. I do not know where to begin on complaints I have, probably the same reason the last Mentor/Painesville location closed, clearly the owner does not know how to run a business. My toppings were stale, and I had to wipe down my own table, thanks.

By far the best froyo we have ever had. I dare say it was better than any ice cream I’ve ever had. The pricing is also exceptionally fair. We got three ice creams and a boba for under $20. This is a must try if you’ve never been.

Good yogurt flavor and topping options! Appreciate that they’re trying to make things more sanitary by putting the toppings in individual containers but that is a ton of plastic waste.

I had card for when you get 10 cups of yogurt get one free after buying 10. Lady, Alexis said no since have to under $5 to get free one. No one told me that hen ask me for card to sign p. They just said 10th one is free no matter what. Today told no under $5 its free only. The girl acted like she didn't care. No one said it when I asked when first got it if anything is limit. Beside $5 is not much, I would drive to sweetfrog where you get 10th one free no matter what size. Also bathroom had no toilet paper in it. Must be having bad day with customer service and bathroom no paper in it. Makes me think twice coming back. If you want to lose customer ok this economy is rough now so I will take my business else where if they want.
