In June of 2023 we decided to check out your pizza. It was really good. Then in July 2024 it started to go down hill. It started with cutting the pizza. the one half was smaller than the other. Since my husband likes stuff on his pizza and I like it plain. I always had the smaller half. Then some of his stuff would be on one of my slices. The pizza was greasy, I had to blot the grease off. This time my husband ordered mushrooms on his half. He got his mushrooms on his half but the mushrooms were also on my side. It was hard to remove them, I had to lift up the cheese to pick them off. The cheese is always burnt.

Philly cheese steak sub was the worst I ever had. Over cooked and dry. Bun must have been old. Toasted and dry. Stick to pizza.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. The other item we always get is the Italian fried chicken and Jo Jo fries. It’s a great “any night I don’t want to cook” meal. Staff is friendly and professional.

I could not agree more with Big Mama! Our pizza was delicious. The crust was raised and baked perfectly, even the center. My husband ordered anchovies on his pizza. The phone staff affirmed the anchovie order despite having to send staff to the grocery store, so nice of them! The pizza took an hour to get here, rather impressive to me. With the added grocery run! Good pizza and Excellent Service!! Thanks Gionino’s!!

First time I had buffalo chicken sub from here it was amazing so I recently had the urge to get one trying to think of somewhere to eat one day and my wife never had gioninos before so she got a meatball sub. Mine was awful I was so disappointed ? her meatball sub was ok at least... usually this place is pretty good but seems they've gone downhill recently which is sad the food used to be awesome. This was the mentor location.
