I reached out through Google. A very nice person talked to me until we could find an ice cream flavor which didn’t have gluten, milk, nor coconut oil/milk. They ordered “non dairy blue sky” as a new flavor because we as GF DF people couldn’t have any others. I mean, come on guys, this is the ultimate good customer service. My heart swells in gratitude for a fabulous summer thanks to them! It was our first season after being diagnosed with food sensitivities, and you made it so much better with the acquiring of the flavor + awesome portions!!! God bless!!!

Me and my girlfriend loved being there for the first time! Best customer service ever! I want to highlight that we recently found out some dietary restrictions, and whoever talked with me through the chat was so nice, and they made sure I could find what I needed. My girlfriend and I got to try the flavor of the week: “Blue sky”, vegan, and it was delightful! I really recommend the place it’s also super cute with beautiful and nice view to the golf field.

Ice cream itself is good. But the owners don’t care about the business or keeping long time customers. My boyfriend and I arrived 2 hours after a Facebook post about a special. The cashier did not state that this was only available in quarts and pints or that it was ever available. He said “we do not carry this, we have banana pudding hard serve”. I then showed my boyfriend the post where it said soft serve. He went back to the cashier and explained he saw the Facebook post and the cashier just stared at him and did not say a word. Very awkward and unfriendly. He could have said it was sold out or anything. We would have understood. This is not about the ice cream not being available. I got a dip cone and was very happy with it. I was then very upset about this experience and took to the original Facebook post to state my experience. And was returned by stating I was “devastated”. I am not. At all. I will always support local and I fully understand things not being available. I can not stand for being disrespected, and the person at the register should have been aware of the special. I have been coming to this location on and off for over 10 years and look forward to the opening every year. I am very disappointed and disheartened by this experience.
My boyfriend and I misunderstood the Facebook post. I just had surgery 5 days ago, saw the soft serve and got excited. Again, the employee had no knowledge of any specials or Facebook posts and could have told us this was only available in quarts and pints. He did not do so, he just stared blankly and said nothing. As for the future I have been blocked and am no longer able to see any available specials. I am taking this as my business is not wanted because I was upset and voiced it. I do not like leaving negative reviews. I have had many good experiences at the location and many not so good experiences that I will not share. Because everyone is allowed to have off days and I always give the benefit of doubt. I have not bashed your local shop, or told anyone else to not go there because of my experience. I stated my displeasure and was responded with snarky comments about being “devastated”. Thank you for following up with your employees. And I am sorry for misunderstanding the post - but I saw it quick and was excited. As anyone would do. It just takes one simple response of it only being available in quarts and pints by the person working there. Thank you for your time and digging in

Nice little ice cream store! I had the cherry Dole Whip mixed with vanilla and it was fantastic. Family had the turtle sundae and the brownie sundae and they were very good as well.
This is our favorite ice cream shop & has been the highlight of our summer! We always look forward to their new flavors, all their fun options, and watching the golfers play! Awesome family business and great spot!!
