Ordered 3 giants and I regular all same subs, club subs but they didn't put any mayo or bacon like they were told, Mikes way. Very disappointed looking forward to eating them. Very pricey for the amount of meat and no bacon.

We came late, right before close, and were warmly welcomed in by Lori. She told us to take our time when we said it was our first visit. McKenzie came out from the back to take our order and was incredibly friendly. She made sure we knew we were still welcome to sit in if we preferred. It was such a rare and outstanding experience I had to ask for their names to leave a review! 👏🏼 Food is great, too, and store was clean.

I had dinner delivered tonite. I usually would give a higher rating, but I needed to go back to the Jersey Mike’s at 7681 Mentor Ave, Mentor to get the bottle of Pepsi I ordered and paid for. Normally not a big deal but this is the third time my order was incomplete. How hard is it to read the ticket and get all the items in the bag? If you can’t do this, find another job!
