I've been coming here for years and have never had my order messed up until today. I ordered a Big Kahuna with steak but received one with chicken instead. When I called to inform them about the mistake, they said, “We’re pretty sure you said chicken, but you can bring the sub back up.” I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the error—just a suggestion to bring it back.

Made an online order and they lied to me and told me that they were taking it out of the grill then proceeded to tell me 20 minutes later that they never started my order. So they refunded me and gave me a free sandwich, I go in to get a free sandwich and they get my order wrong

Do not order from this location. The manager is rude, uncaring and treats their customers like crap. They screwed up our order of a catering box and instead of apologizing for it, she said thats too bad and walked away.

I bought us up there today, August. 22/25 ,pay for it online and it seemed like the bread and the sandwich was not fresh , It was hard and it was sloppy. It's like they didn't take the time to put a good effort in it. And I haven't been there in 2 months and a 1/2, come back and . My sandwich is it's not worth the money. They sent me emails saying they missed me and this the way treat me.wow

No public Wi-Fi at this location nor the one down the road. There's a network labeled Jersey Mike's, but at both locations none of the employees have the password. At least at this location employees tend to be either friendly or at least cordial, and it's a little bigger and cleaner.

However, in this day and age, it's crazy not to have public Wi-Fi. Wanted to work on some work while I eat my sandwich, but I guess not.

Avoid getting door dash from here. Avoid picking up orders from here if you are a dasher. Over 20mins to get orders when the place isn’t even busy. They don’t care about wasting your time

Mentor Painting and Staining

Been there a few times and every time I have said extra cheese with mushroom with no peppers and onions and a side of sauce and I get the stuff on it that I didn’t want and no sauce again until I had to ask another person. Been there 3 times and has happens every time I go there. Waste of my money and time any more.

Ordered 3 giants and I regular all same subs, club subs but they didn't put any mayo or bacon like they were told, Mikes way. Very disappointed looking forward to eating them. Very pricey for the amount of meat and no bacon.
