I used to like Subway and decided to stop here and it blew Subway right off my map, literally. Get the #9, my favorite!! Anytime I'm out that way I grab a Sub, location is clean and workers are very friendly as well.

I usually do not review fast food spots, but I must give a shout out to this Jimmy John's in Mentor (+ of 20 & 306). Ever since this location changed hands (just recently I believe) it has been top notch. The new owners really made a change for the better. Quick with getting the sandwiches out and fantastic service!

The people are always friendly that isn't the issue. Since this location reopened my order has never been correct. It's been over a year or so since I last stopped by so I thought I'd give one last try. I ordered a slim 6 with extra cheese and bacon. I also ordered a sweet tea. Their tea is always fantastic but my sandwich once again was not. Whomever was taking my order rang up avocado instead of extra cheese. I don't know what's changed but no matter what my order is never right when I go here. I'm just going to have to go elsewhere.
I hope this reaches management because the experience I had at Jimmy Johns was phenomenal. I got to the store around 1045am didn't realize you hadn't opened yet. When I was walking back to my car after reading the sign I was stopped by a wonderful lady named Kat. She opened the door early for me and gave me great service with a smile. It was people who came in behind me and she served us all very fast but efficiently. I knew she had to be the manager but to my surprise she told me she wasn't. Speaks volumes to the store because she went above and beyond to accommodate us and I wanna thank her publicly and I will definitely be back.

A classic sandwich shop. Not what I remember from my past. Asked for no cheese - was given cheese. Even with it listed on receipt and the guy taking my order pass it along verbally. Overall, workers didn't seem to want to be there or interact with guests. I won't be returning.
