I did not like the food at all the inside was just not ok and the food was so bad I did not like the beans it tasted like your last meal on death row like are you kidding me.Not ok I want it to be shut down right know like I do not get it like there food taste like a first grader made it like not ok I will never ever ever ever go back to that place over my dead body I go to don tequila now and there food is much much much better

My sister and i went on a Wednesday at about 5. No one else was there, by the end we were saddened by that. After the owner told us they had been there 13 years we figured they knew it was their slow day. Anyway. She ordered the special plate with a bit of everything (of which she took more than half home) while I ordered camarones diablo (easy translation is devilishly hot shrimp) which definitely was hot but super tasty. We ordered a guac side. Very freshly made and wonderful. The refried beans HAD to be made in-house due to the fact that some whole beans were still there. (I make my own and can never get it nearly as smooth as most Mexican restaurants I have been to.) I also ordered 1 tamale which was excellent. The chile relleno my sis had was much better than any around, though I'm still not a fan. In short, yes I know it's too late for that, I love this place. Everything was just made while we waited and the medium margarita was immense. We will be back to try more. Excellent prices and a ton of food!

Great Food!!! Best in Lake County!!! Family owned restaurant where the food is made fresh by the family. Margaritas are very tasty. This has become a regular place for my family.
Will not return. Went there last night. When we walked in it was empty besides one table and one server, we should have known to leave. It was extremely quiet, no music was playing. The restaurant tables and booths need an upgrade. After we ordered our food we could hear the microwave being used multiple times, door open-close with the timer going off. Extremely quiet in there of course we would hear the microwave go off 2-3x and the food came out within minutes of us ordering. The ground beef was dripping water, no flavor. You could tell the food was not freshly made.
