Ordered online and then went inside to online pickup spot. Watched as they handed out food. They passed over mine and gave put orders that were taken after mine. I watched as others placed,and received their orders while mine sat. I asked for my order and received but I shouldn’t have had to ask for it. Some people don’t care for online ordering and then then showing up just for the pickup. This is exactly the reason for online ordering. And if the employees don’t like it they should find another job. This is the future. Get used to it.

Third time in a row from LJS in Mentor Ohio that we get home and they forgot something in our order. I call the store and the line rings and rings. Then I called corporate to complain. It’s all AI and they gave me a code for the extra
piece of fish they forgot.paid $3.19 for the add a piece of fish. Mentor store gave us a hard time redeeming the code. They said it wasn’t in there book. Next time they forgot
my husband’s waffle fries. No action! This time they forgot my coleslaw. Get employees that know how to fill the orders correctly, get rid of your snarky attitudes and answer the damn phone! I either stop buying food from LJS or I check every order before leaving the store! I should not have to do that, but apparently the employees don’t know how to do their jobs!

Wow, Alyssa and her staff have the worst customer service in the neighborhood. They served me burned food during dinner and refused to re-make a $5 order. How cheap & terrible can you be? 40 years of dinning at LJS all over the US and I've never been treated so ungratefully in front of other customers. Please send her for re-training before she ruins your business further. Way to not care LJS! 🤨
