Classic Long John Silvers flavor with a nostalgic design. It looked like the folks there were understaffed, so finding a clean table was difficult, but overall we were grateful to find this place on our route from the CLE airport to Erie, PA.

I know it's not haute cuisine, but was in a mood and have stopped there on road trips in the past. Service was extremely friendly and food exactly as I remember other than the menu changes I don't love but the store doesn't own. Only complaint was other customers ordering super slow although server was patient and polite throughout.

Stopped in for lunch while in Mentor. It was great Long John Silvers done right served and prepared with love! I hadn't had long John's in a while I enjoyed it. Wrang the 🔔 in my way out. Will stop by next time I'm out that way for sure 😃
The entire staff seemed to be either high or having a mental breakdown. I'm completely unsure of what I actually walked into during my visit. Upon entering two other customers were waiting for their orders and attempting to receive substitutions for sides that were not available. I was advised that they were out of hush puppies, rice, and green beans. Once the cashier finally got to me, I told her I was here for a pickup order in which they told me the same. All of the items they were out of and so on. We were advised we can receive either double fries or double coleslaw. I asked what can be substituted for the hush puppies or sides since none of us customers eat corn or wanted double of any item. The lady next to me asked to see a manager which was not fulfilled. After all of this, about 10 minutes of going back and forth with the staff while each customer service member was covering their face, huffing and puffing, and saying they should have been gone 30 minutes ago, the manager finally appeared. In which she discovered that my order had been sitting on the rack this entire time already done and now sweating! I was completely dissatisfied with my service, they're unprofessional conduct, and they're unwillingness to help and satisfy the customers. I probably will never visit this location again due to this horrible experience especially since I didn't even have to endure any of it knowing that my order had been sitting there this entire time!!!
