I usually go to the Lakeshore location (which is excellent). I did pickup at the Mentor Ave. location and the workers ignored me while I stood at the counter. I walked out and almost took off. I checked the reviews and saw that customer service had dropped off at the Mentor Ave location. This was my favorite pizza location, but not anymore. I have been coming here since the 80s, but now I will go somewhere else.

My husband ordered a pizza at 4:30. They said 20 minutes. He came back at 5:00 and waited another half hour after that. When he asked how long the woman was very snippy. When he got Out to the car he realized they did not give him our dessert so he had to go back in. They dropped it on the counter and walked away. Won’t be going back. Clearly customer service is not a priority. Should never be an hour wait for a pizza and at the very least rudeness is not acceptable.

Slow service. Ok food. Had to ask a different waitress for help since ours didn’t come around to us at all.
You can never go wrong having a bite to eat at any of the Longos restaurants. The outside patio here is very relaxing and out of the way from Mentor Avenue. You actually forget where you are! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly and their daily specials are worth the money and quite delicious. The outside patio is open year so its great when its hot and when its not! Always a great go to on any given night!

Paid my first visit tonight. Pizza, fried pickles, and the salad my friends had was excellent. What I found even more excellent is that you pay your employees well enough that they can afford to be rude, snotty and almost disrespectful to your guests, and our server this evening was every bit those things. She brought the male of our party a drink refill when he still had half a glass. My friend, and I didn't get refills until our drinks were backwash, and only when my friend requested a refill of her iced tea. The pizza was pretty much thrown onto our table like a frisbee. Those things I can overlook, and I can understand a server being busy;however, this server was simply just rude, and snotty. I usually cash tip well but tonight this server got more than she deserved, and that is only because I am a kind person.

Stopped yesterday evening for pizza, there was live music there that was pretty good. No room in the main dining area so I was ushered out to the patio. I sat for 25 minutes quite a few servers walked past me. Finally I attempted to flag down a server and her greeting to me was a snarky WAIT. So i took her advice and I waited for my pizza unfortunately for both of us it was at another restaurant. I really think you need to hire more staff especially for live music night,

If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered Ultimate chicken salad got lettuce and cheese. Waited for food of course. Get home only to have missing items called up there and was told don’t put crotons on take out orders but website doesn’t mention anything. I asked well what reason for missing items for bacon words I’m sorry and nothing can be done. So paid over 14.00 for each salad to eat cheese and lettuce. Don’t waste time going there… pass onto others void this place..
