First visit here, strongly recommended by family that have been here. I love pizza and had some of the the best pizza I ever had! Large beer selection, full service bar. We had a pary of nine and there were 2 other large parties as well. Suggest to call for reservations with large groups.

The chicken parm is excellent. The chicken is tender, the breading is spot on, and it’s always covered in a great sauce with plenty of melted cheese. It’s one of those dishes you order once and then end up getting again every time.

Decided to order pizza for our quarterly Cardinal Credit Union Homebuyers seminar on November 13th at the Mentor Ave branch. The staff was helpful and estimated time of completion was exact. The pizza was hot and ready for pickup when arrived. Not only that, but the manager was very helpful when I needed assistance with a receipt retrieval from that day. She located the receipt and sent it immediately to me. This place is amazing from food to staff members. Thank you!!!

I usually go to the Lakeshore location (which is excellent). I did pickup at the Mentor Ave. location and the workers ignored me while I stood at the counter. I walked out and almost took off. I checked the reviews and saw that customer service had dropped off at the Mentor Ave location. This was my favorite pizza location, but not anymore. I have been coming here since the 80s, but now I will go somewhere else.

One of our favorite places to eat. Staff is great and food is delicious.
My husband ordered a pizza at 4:30. They said 20 minutes. He came back at 5:00 and waited another half hour after that. When he asked how long the woman was very snippy. When he got Out to the car he realized they did not give him our dessert so he had to go back in. They dropped it on the counter and walked away. Won’t be going back. Clearly customer service is not a priority. Should never be an hour wait for a pizza and at the very least rudeness is not acceptable.
