I grew up on this pizza and it's still our go-to spot. Love their pizza, the Big Italian sub, cheesy bread, pastas and Ultimate Chicken Salads. Prices are reasonable and service is always good. The Lake Shore location has a private room for events and Mentor Ave has a great patio when it's warm. The Longo Family has always been a great community partner.

Longo has good sauces but I'm not sure they use olive oil any of their foods including their salad dressings. Their pizza is a strong contender especially their sausage. The ices adequate and the service is above average.

Their deluxe pizza is delicious, with abundant toppings. If I could give them more than 5 stars on customer service, I would, because they kindly rushed a replacement pizza order through for me after learning I had called the wrong Longo's location. Doh! Thank You Longo's Pizza.

We recently moved from Chardon where Longos twin restaurant, Joey's, was our favorite restaurant in town. Moving down to Mentor we were excited to be close to Longos to keep eating our favorite dishes. Unfortunately this has not been the case because Longos have got every single order we have placed, wrong. We have had to pick up multiple times because food was wrong. Missing ingredients, missing dishes from our orders. It seems there is absolutely no quality control. I doubt we will be ordering again, we'll just head up to Chardon. So disappointing.

Ordered an Extra Lg thin crust mushroom pizza, large house salad and onion rings for take-out. I was very disappointed in the pizza. It was overcooked and had no cheese on it. The salad and onion rings were good. I had purchased this pizza before and it was not like this.

The older blonde woman was disrespectful to us she seemed stressed out and overwhelmed no reason to act like that .the other servers was very nice and helpful

Service was exceptional but the pizza was cold, the cheese had congealed and although I ordered extra sauce, there wasn't any sauce at all, unless it was a white sauce, but the menu states 'pizza sauce'. The toppings were fresh and the waitress was very attentive.

We had our first date at Longo's Pizza over 24 years ago and like Longo's we are still going strong. Now our daughter gets to enjoy Longo's too! Our daughters favorite is their housemade fried pickles. My favorite is their out of the world smash burger it is huge and delicious. Of course my husbands favorite is the Pizza. My point you cannot go wrong with anything on Longo's menu. We order take out alot these days and they pack the food with such care. Here is to another 24 years or more!!!

We always order take out from Longos. Decided to eat in tonight because we wanted a pizza hot and fresh out of the oven. We were not disappointed. The pizza was amazing, salad was fresh and crispy. Our server, Jane, was hands down one of the best we have ever had. We will eat in more often. Longos has the best pizza anywhere!
