I like Longos but every third order or so they screw me. They forgot to put my pizzas in and left my other food in the warmer while they made the pizzas. Didn’t offer to remake everything. I guess that’s what happens when you have kids running the show

4 of us went to eat here. My friend got the meatballs appetizer and gave me a few bites of his which were delicious. We both ended up very sick going from both ends. Other 2 didn't get sick at all. The macaroni and cheese looks delicious but was tasteless. The fries were good. Hot honey pizza was too sweet. Waitress was quick and funny.

DO NOT EVER DINE AT THIS ESTABLISMENT. I tried to call in an order but they were too lazy to pick up the phone. They are trying to force you to order online. I ordered online and there system screwed up. Unfortunately I paid when I ordered. They would nor fix the order to what I wanted and forced me to take what they made. This is poor customer relation. I will never be back again.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years. We chose this place to host our family holiday dinner. They do a great job with their gluten free options as we had a family member with diet restrictions. The staff was great and accommodating. I recommend this place for a quiet meal or for larger parties since the food is scaling and delicious.

This is my first time having their sausage pizza at a friend's birthday party. It was so good that no where in Cleveland have I had that good of sausage. I heard their sausage is made differently than their competitors. I will definitely be back for the sausage pizza. Their pricing was actually very good...cheaper than many main stores and tastes 120% better too.
