DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered almost a week in advance for Halloween. After being over 30 min late, I called to see where my order was. I was told that the order was on its way. I asked any idea of how much longer and was told "no idea", " we are short on drivers and have alot of orders" so I responded with i understand, that's why I ordered so far in advance. The response i got was the biggest problem. They literally say " well calling ahead doesn't change the fact, to bad your food is late, hope you have a nice night, it's on its way is all I can say" and then hangs up. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Been a customer of Longo’s for very many years. Easily 10/10 on the pizza it’s always been my go to and the best in town. Worth it to pay a bit more than the other pizza in the area. The other food on the menu is good but nothing incredible. Probably would be a good choice to serve/cater a party or some event. Just stick with the pizza and you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Service was terrible, food was terrible. I ordered eggplant parm and she came back with chicken parm. When I told her I didn’t order the chicken, she made it seem like it was my fault and not hers for putting in the wrong thing. They also told my 5 year old she wasn’t aloud to use crayons on her coloring menu on the patio. On top of that their pasta sauce was terrible! Save time and money and go to zappettelis down the road in mentor.

The pizza tasted decent but was so greasy it gave me a stomachache. The cheesy bread was good, but similarly greasy. Probably won't eat here again.
Absolute utter incompetent employees. Time and time again, messing up order after order. Forgetting items, not seating correctly. This place has really gone down hill. I've been coming here for years. This will have to stop. Wasting my time and money on this place. I askerd for well done pizza, pretty sure they undercooked it. Got another take out order. They forget about our order when we went to pick-up. Had to wait another 30min. This place is run by such incompetent people. It's so bad. Almost as bad as the time I watched a waiter sneeze all over someone's pizza then serve it to them.

We ordered pizza for pick up. The staff I dealt with were courteous, friendly and efficient.Our order included a deluxe pizza with anchovies. My husbands exclusive, he reported great pizza with “just the right amount” of anchovies. We ordered sausage, pepperoni, hampizza as well, baked perfectly! Our last of the 3pizzas in our order was the California Veggie, my favorite! Again we think the ratios of toppings are perfect, not watery and the ricotta cheese suits this pizza nicely. We have been ordering takeout from Lakeshore Longo’s for years and always great pizza!The Buffalo Chicken Bites in our order, we requested “sauce on the side” Amazing! Crispy Crunchy exterior with tender juicy chicken breast as you bite into it. Sauce on the side amped up the Buffalo Bites crunch nicely.Thank-you Longo’s for not skimping on quality, despite the current economy we are all enduring!God Bless our Local Businesses and their employees!
