I had my sons rehearsal dinner at Longos on lakeshore blvd .on may 22 , The food was amazing . Service was horrible we had one server for 42 people in the private room that was booked back in January . Drinks came out after dinner . No garlic knots until we were don’t with our food . I brought in desserts and was told they didn’t supply plates nspkins and forks . I had to run to store for that . Wine was served in styrofoam cups .

After many years of being a loyal customer, I just simply can’t with this place anymore. Time and time again I am disappointed by the lack of customer service from this place. This last time was the final straw for me. I had an order placed in advance for a tray of pasta and a tray of chicken fingers. I called the day before my pickup to add a half sheet pizza to my order which I was told I can’t add anything because it’s less than 24 hours in advance (it was 19 hours before my pickup). I truly couldn’t believe I was being told by a pizza place that I couldn’t add a half sheet of pizza to my order 19 hours in advance. It was 5pm when I called and my pickup was for 1:30 pm the next day. It was truly the most incompetent and shocking customer service experience I’ve ever had. This isn’t the first bad example of customer service I’ve experienced from this Longos either. Wait times ridiculously longer than what they tell you, or cutting pizza/calzones so bad it’s better to cut it at home yourself. I just can’t with this place anymore it’s truly a shame I’ve been a very loyal customer for many years. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the pizza pretty good.

We Arrived about an hour and a half before closing time. But the food was hot and the staff was kind and generous.
Always a good family meal. Always good service. Love the Longos.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring pages plus good Italian food kids menu. Cups with lids and straws are a must.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Ordered almost a week in advance for Halloween. After being over 30 min late, I called to see where my order was. I was told that the order was on its way. I asked any idea of how much longer and was told "no idea", " we are short on drivers and have alot of orders" so I responded with i understand, that's why I ordered so far in advance. The response i got was the biggest problem. They literally say " well calling ahead doesn't change the fact, to bad your food is late, hope you have a nice night, it's on its way is all I can say" and then hangs up. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
