It was a cold and rainy day...Isn't that always how a good bowl of soup starts out? So I had brought a sandwich for lunch but it was indeed raining outside and I wanted soup. As the good Yelper that I am, I quickly searched soup and to my delight Zoup was close by!!The fact that you can taste the soups probably irritates the heck out of the workers! They need to hire someone just for that! Lolol Anywho, I tasted the lobster, alligator and chicken pot pie and just walked back and forth because this really made it worse. I felt my stomach saying get at least two but I also wanted a sandwich. Yes, I know I had brought a sandwich but I wanted this sandwich. The turkey sandwich, no tomato. I end up with the lobster bisque and I'm happy. I'm just happy. I don't necessarily need it to rain again to go back and get that Alligator soup but I'm hoping for rain soon to have a reason.

Good soup selection.....very tasty but Super pricey. Large chicken noodle soup was 16.00.

Idk what these Karen's are talking about! I've been coming here for YEARS, and I never once had a bad bowl of ZOUP!!! It is more expensive than Campbell's? Duh! Yes it is, because it's BETTER than Campbell's! And you could always cook some food at home. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly, and the portions are just right! Bread is always fresh, and the Lobster Bisque is PHENOMENAL! Huge chunks of lobster always lurk in the creamy goodness! Now I want some Zoup! I'm going on here right now seeing as it's legit a mile or two from my house! I'll wait to finish this after I get my ZOUP! After my Zoup....so I walked in, was greeted IMMEDIATELY, and they gave my kiddo some free goldfish crackers! Zoup was PERFECTION!!!! So I fully recommend this location!!!

I love this restaurant they are very fast and they also will let you sample there soup you can be sure what you want they also have Vegetarian chili and the sandwiches are excellent at a good price

This was my first time here. I thought their fiesta chicken salad looked good online. I was looking fir something quick but not fast food. I ordered a full size salad . It was not large at all for $10 and hardly any chicken or toppings on top. It came with a small dry piece of bread. I was dissatisfied and will not be returning.

My wife being a "FOODIE" found this place near Kirtland, OH and I found it to be delightful. Service was fast. Prices were 'as expected'... The sandwich and soup that I selected were both very filling. Not too spicy but flavorful

Tasted really good but definitely tiny portions for the cost. I ordered through Uber eats and spent more than $20 ($30 with delivery and tip) on a salad and a grain bowl that were super small for the price.
