I came to this McDonald’s in March 2025 for breakfast and had a positive experience. While I expected it to be the typical McDonald’s - with familiar food, basic service, and a somewhat clean restaurant - this one is far better. The restaurant was clean, the service was outstanding, and the food came out fast and was good. When there was an issue with the order, the manager immediately came out, was very friendly, let us keep the original order, and quickly made a new one. The employees at the counter were also very friendly.

Food was excellent, as you would expect, but the service at this particular McDonalds left a bit to desired. The staff is very polite and courteous, however, the week I visited here everyday and done mobile ordering via drive through, I have been asked to pull over into one of the parking spots and to wait for the food to be brought out. Sometimes I waited 5 or so minutes before it was brought out. Which doesn't seem like a lot, but when you are on lunch on a time limit, every minute can count. I am not the only one either, I see many people
being told to pull over. This is the only McDonalds out of many that I have been to, that does this. I don't know if they are short on staff and just cannot get the food out fast enough, or just slow in general, but I would suggest getting whatever the issue is, sorted out asap.

The managers are always asking to go home regardless of whether or not someone else has been there longer. They like to discriminate based on wether or not they think your a good worker. Someone of both the employees and managers wear shorts instead of pants but then turn around and send someone else home for not wearing pants. They don’t care about there employees in general unless they are one of the favorites I’ve found hair in a lot of my food when I order from there and from when I worked there. They will give you a write up for going to the doctor and bringing in a note saying “this doesn’t go against you” but it does. They will treat you horribly if you have a form of medical problems and make sure to put you in a spot that will aggravate your medical issues and then write you up when you say something or complain.

I didnt want to leave a terrible review because this location is usually really good. Im not sure whats happening (change in management? employees? policy/procedures?) but the last 2 times in a row Ive placed a mobile order, waited a pretty substantial time for something super simple like a cheeseburger and fries to be given cold food. Really just unacceptable and disappointing.

Love this mcdonalds because
1. You charge way more than the other locations
2. Employees will walk past and refuse to help you
3. It took 5 minutes AND shouting back to get an employee to help me get my mobile order that was sitting there the whole time 🤦‍♂️
Please go out of business or sell to a competent owner...

I picked up some pancakes around 7 AM, but they were ice cold. I had to come back around 9 AM to check in for work, and they said they’d remake them. Instead, they just reheated the same cold pancakes and handed them back to me. Not only was that incredibly disappointing, but it also showed a complete lack of care for customer service. If I wanted old, reheated food, I could’ve stayed home. This experience was honestly unacceptable.

I would give a better review but the prices were more than I could imagine. I order for 4 people and it came to 67.00 dollars I paid for it and checked my bags everything was there I looked at the receipt after I got home and I was charged for somethings I didn't order the mcchicken that I wanted was for a bigger chicken sandwich 2 cost 13 dollars. I should have went back up there but my husband needed to go to work. There will be no next time because we can't afford paying that much for JUST LUNCH.
