Good afternoon at 1020 am we placed an order through the drive thru to place our order (we had two separate orders) we were told we were unable to place the second order. So we had to go around. Than we had to still wait, than we got our food which they forgot the sauce so I went in to get it asking for it because I stated that it wasn’t in there which I thought wasn’t so I apologized bc the ranch was than proceeded to ask for my sweet I. Sour which was still not giving to me bc your 10:20 am manger on shift had a attitude as one of your other worker stated as well not to she not the one to argue with. As I was just asking for my sauce lol… and she swore up and down they where in there “100%” and she wasn’t giving me more bc she swore they were in there so I had to go get the bag of food and other bag of food to bring in in order for them to give me two sauce which one tried to make me pay for it when it comes with a 10 piece

I think that all of the McDonald’s in mentor do a great job but this one I believe is the best around! The staff is so friendly, food is great, never have to wait, and I’ve never had an issue here EVER!

WILL NEVER go to this location for our orders ever again. They're pretty quick to get your food out, I'll give them that, BUT you should not charge a customer who just spent $18 on food for about a teaspoon of mayo. She didn't charge me because I argued the fact that I wouldn't have to eat my sandwich plan just because they don't carry packets of mayo anymore. She also expected me to apply out with my fingers I guess. I had to grab a coffee stirrer on the way out. And the McCrispy is SOO not worth the price there. $8 and it was too small for the overdone bun. The fish sandwich? Same thing. Barely any tarter sauce and too small for the bun. Do better McDonald's

We ordered drive thru! The fries were soaked with (over-used/old) oil & the burgers were terribly made. The apples were half-way rotten. it was gross!I've been charged twice for my order of $15 & had to call numerous 800#'s for customer service. So, I won't be coming back.

The menu was as varied as a captain's log, from classic burgers to crispy fries, each item a familiar and comforting delight. The service was quicker than a sailor tying knots, with a crew as efficient and friendly as a well-oiled ship. The establishment, clean and bright, was as welcoming as a tavern on a busy port. The atmosphere was lively, filled with families and travelers alike, all enjoying a quick bite like a crew enjoying rations after a long day's sail. For its speedy service, tasty fare, and jovial environment, McDonald's gets a hearty five parrots out of five from this fast-food loving pirate!
